First time to eat here. I was looking forward to MoMo’s as I had them on a trip to Himalaya. These were quite different but just as tasty. I had a fish masala which was tasty and large pieces of fish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday evening can be busy and dining area is small and noisy when crowded.

We visited from Australia, and we had a great experience. Hospitality was outstanding, owner was really down to earth and really made us fell home and not to mention food was amazingly delicious, truly Himalayan taste, exactly what name represents. 100% recommended in Plymouth, with no doubt….

We enjoyed a selection of starters from the menu. Each had a distinct taste. The dishes were cooked to perfection with a delightful choice of spices. The service was friendly and prompt but not intrusive. We will definitely visit again. This was our third visit and each time e gave left fully satisfied with the experience.

We were travelling from Australia and wanted to experience Nepalese authentic cuisine in different parts of Europe. This was one of my best experiences as we had a wonderful dine-in experience at Himalayan Spice. Not only was the food and service amazing, but the building itself has a rich history, which made the experience truly special.

We visit Himalayan spice at least once a month or pop in for a takeaway if we want to stay in. Their butter chicken is absolutely amazing, I’ve had the same in many other similar restaurants and nobody can make it as good as they do at Himalayan spice! Every single time that I’ve been there, the service is amazing, they are extremely quick even when the restaurant is packed and they are always happy to have us there. 100% recommend. One of the very few restaurants in Plymouth that is genuinely worth every tip you can spare. (Old photo but our table always looks the same )

I am disappointed to say the least, we had been reccomended this place by friends, sadly food supposedly arrived however as we live in a large building complex their driver failed to call us to come collect the food so he just left, had to call them back as the food was late just to be told rudely that he tried to deliver and that I was called with no record of being called and no missed calls from anyone. The food arrived lukewarm and the chips were soggy and stone cold. The curry (we ordered our usual lamb karahi which is supposed to have a decent kick) was completely unseasoned (just eat caption said medium spice) no spice what so ever. Sadly I can not say we will be returning as I am disappointed in the service and lack of flavour in the food.

I am a very fussy Vegan in a family of Omnivores! The staff at this wonderful Take Away and Restaurant are fantastic and adapt dishes from scratch for me and use alternative ingredients such as Coconut Milk to make my favourite dishes Vegan. The food is fantastic we eat here often as a family favourite and get our Take Aways from here too. We have never had any issues with food and enjoy every dish. My youngest child is 5 years and my oldest is 16 years there is an extensive menu and dishes are made to order.
We highly recommend this establishment it is a lovely evening out and dining experience. The staff are friendly and very hardworking The food is fabulous and caters for a wide range of fussy people with different requirements like me!
