Best meal all week! Maybe best meal all year. Wow just wow , large menu, everything tasted like mama made it back home from scratch, steak was better than from a steakhouse. What a cool diner. My wife Loved the Steak and shrimp. Thank you David and everyone for a great meal.

Excellent place to eat! Super cute and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The service was wonderful and the food was even better! We all had something different and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Very cool that it also has a full bar. Adding this to my favorite list for Hilton head island dining. We will be visiting again!! Steak was cooked to perfection.

Our group had the Big Breakfast, eggs Benedict, pancakes and chicken sandwich. Everything was tasty.
Our server was polite and very friendly.
The atmosphere was old school Diner with 50s music.
There is plenty of parking.

Hilton Head Diner reminded me of the ones in Hawaii. Cute, but would never go here again. Our server was very nice and said she could heat the baklava, I’m so grateful for the 10 whole seconds she put it in the microwave. It was still very cold, and still not the best I ever had. And the crab cakes were full of carrots. I would love for them to know that. Overall, definitely a place to try once, but otherwise just make breakfast yourself at the timeshares.

Great local spot where the locals go. Food was delicious, service was incredible, could not have asked for a better meal. Get the Bananas Foster French Toast. You won’t be disappointed!

First, the air conditioning was broken and by reading the reviews after the fact, it seems it’s been that way for weeks. I requested my home fries well done and as you can see, they were not. They also had green peppers in them that were not in the description ( I would never have ordered them). The coffee was very strong ( some people like that but it tasted burnt to me ). Nobody came back to see if everything was good. The second photo is the table full of our dishes that nobody cared to clear out of our way. When paying, the cashier asked how everything was and didn’t ask about clarification when I simply replied with “ok”. I have confirmed this weekend with the increase in prices everywhere on everything, I refuse to tip solely based on the amount of the check. I will tip accordingly.

We stopped here on our way back home. The service was great. But for the price the food was just average. We both had grits eggs bacon sausage and French toast. The French toast was the star of the show and was massive. The rest of the meal was as good as a hotel breakfast. Nothing to write home about and not a lot of it. It cost us a little over $50 with the tip. For that kind of money for breakfast I expect more.

Cute 50s type diner, very nicely decorated. Great menu, lots of choices. I had the chicken stir-fry, the chicken was a bit tough but the veggies, sauce and rice were excellent! He had the special, flounder with crab stuffing. Also very good, needed a bit more spice, very nice portions. Our waitress was great, but it took a while to get our food. We really enjoyed it and plan to return while on vacation.
