Lovely little Thai restaurant. Very authentic Thai food with lunch set menu for as little as £8

The most valued restaurant in the area especially lunch set menu.

They don’t charge service charge so recommended to leave a bit of tips.

Saw many customers even asked for free water and no tips after lunch that’s I think a bit stingy. It’s already super cheap and service always great.

They are like little family service the community locals.

Many thanks

Food is good Thai food.
Service is good. Nice family owner business atmosphere.
There is nothing cooperate just good home cooked Thai food.
Sauce for the satay was excellent.
Vietnamese spring rolls excellent as it is not deep fried.
Pad Thai is good so was the beef sizzler.

Delicious and authentic Thai Restaurant…
Ordered the recommended menu by the staff, and it was really good.
The dessert was also delicious.
The staffs were friendly, and helpful.

The ambiance/atmosphere was nice, with soft music, good interior design, and not too noisy.

Toilet for customers is available.

I had a great experience at Hilltribe in Richmond. The moment I walked in, the place felt warm and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that made me comfortable straight away.

The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and fast. I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout my visit.

The food was the highlight. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The spices were done just right, and the dishes had that authentic Thai taste that’s hard to find. Portions were generous too, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I was impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. A really enjoyable meal, and I’ll definitely come back.

Very nice little Thai restaurant run by 3 adorable ladies.
Watch out when they bring out the sizzling beef and its smoke haha but beside that the dishes are tasty, the service attentive and the room not too loud. The Menu A Standard is perfect selection. The soup and the curry were delicious. The Ice cream is not very exciting though.
Conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Richmond station.

Price-wise this is the best experience ever. However quality-wise you shouldnt expect much. We’ve ordered the tofu pad thai and the tofu panang curry with spring rolls and paid only £12! Of course, we were not impressed by anything. The vegetables were not fresh, the tofu overcooked. For the price, I guess the quality is fair. The location is great, centre of Richmond, which given the price is astonishing itself. Worth the visit if you want a very cheap place to eat, but do not expect the greatest quality

Been here often, this is the only Thai I go to in Richmond. I want to give a special shoutout to Guey Tiew Nam which became my recent comfort food. It’s so good and heartwarming. It’s basically pork soup noodle, but like what you would have in South East Asia. Their curry laksa is pretty good too, on top of the usual pad Thai and fried rice.

Found a random Thai restaurant in Richmond when cycled over. I was trying out some vegetarian dishes and this place came about. Tried their pad Thai and green curry and it tasted beautifully. It was really cheap too £5 for a lunch meal, can’t complain. They also offer complimentary prawn crackers too. well recommended!

Nice pad thai for lunch. £10 including a platte of 2 satay skewers. Chicken and prawn, prawn particularly good. It obviously has its regulars.

Lovely little find on Red Lion Street in Richmond, central but away from the congested high street. The place is casual and cosy, with super friendly service and tasty dishes.

The laksa, delightfully spicy, was the best I’ve had in a long time. The seafood soup was also good, even though not as flavourful. We had two main dishes for lunch and the bill came to a very reasonable £25 including a tip. We’ll definitely come back to try more of the menu.
