I originally visited hilltop about a month ago and loved the atmosphere and the drink selection. Had a great conversation with the bartender, and decided to add hilltop as a stop on my birthday party bus because it seemed like such a fun place. I called the restaurant multiple times in advance to discuss the time and date of our stop, along with how many people would be coming in. They assured us that it would work for them and that they were excited to have us in. We even paid an extra $100, in addition to our initial bus fee to be able to stop at hilltop. As soon as we walked in the door, they treated us with nothing but utter disrespect. Some people initially entered through the wrong door (there are three doors that all look like the front entrance) and the bartender screamed in multiple peoples faces and kicked everyone back out the door. Additionally, the bartender that I had shared a friendly conversation with last visit screamed in my face for the “chaos that we were causing.” They yelled at another member of the bus, a paying customer, that the bus was parked in the wrong spot and she needed to deal with it. They treated us as an inconvenience and made it clear they didn’t want paying and tipping customers in their business. We all promptly left as we were obviously not welcome, and spent the remainder of our bus time sitting in the bus, wasting both time and money. The treatment from two bartenders at hilltop has successfully cost them the business of 40 people, along with everyone in the community that we share the experience with.

Love this place. Great social distancing practices in place. Last time I was here they didn’t take cards, now they do. How 21st Century! Wonderful wings by the pound – served hot with nice sauces that compliment the wings not overwhelm.
