I was definitely pleased with the service and atmosphere. Hillstone is an upscale yet affordable location for lunch and dinner, accompanied by drinks and conversation. Their menu is rather interesting, though. I thought they would have more variety, although I was still satisfied with their options. I’m simply only being constructive. I found it interesting that they did not have ranch, truffle oil, truffle butter, biscotti for my espresso, and port wine as an after dinner drink.

Excellent service and nice atmosphere but I found the menu too limited personally. I would have liked some bread with dinner, more starch options/sides with entrees or at least substitutions available. Actual quality of the food is great; just need a few more selections added. I didn’t necessarily want a kale side salad with my chicken. Too much kale in the entree salads as well which I considered also. Other than that, nice cozy booth seating and wonderful hosts/wait staff which made up for the menu.

So, I’m kind of getting tired of trying to take pictures of food while I’m eating. It just seems disrespectful anymore. But the food was good here, the service was great, but the woman that was in charge of seating, however, was not. I’ve met some snooty people in my life, and this woman was up there. Service was friendly staff seemed to be happy put off a good atmosphere. But the lady in charge of seating is just rude. And we called and asked about reservations we were told to come down and a reservation for not needed but then we sat in line for an hour. Really would have liked to have made a reservation and just had my seat ready. Great fireplace outside great food and is 3 1/2, 4 out of 5. Service I would put in the same category. Is the lady in charge of seating, ♂️

My boyfriend and I came in the other night and Lauren was our server. The Thai tuna roll was phenomenal and Lauren was just absolutely amazing. Best service I’ve ever had and I’m a bartender as well so that’s saying a lot. Definitely will be coming back.

This place is 10/10 the service is top notch- so friendly and attentive. We came for my friend birthday. Definitely on the pricier side but definitely worth it. Every dish we’ve had here has been spectacular. Overall great spot, it’s one of my go to recommended when someone is looking for a place to go.

This was my first time eating at Hillstone, and everything was great. We had an office lunch with a party of 5 and they only had 2 booths big enough for our party and they were already taken so we sat at the bar. The service was wonderful, and the servers were very attentive throughout our meal. I ordered the French Dip, and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The meat was very tender, and the AuJus had great flavor. I had the coleslaw instead of the fries. The coleslaw wasn’t sweet but more savory, still very good. It’s a small menu, with a selection of sandwiches and hamburgers with sushi and fish options. I would definitely recommend it as a place to have a great meal.
