My go to spot for a casual Tuesday night dinner. The tuna tartare is spot on. Can’t go wrong with that for an appetizer. If you like sushi order the coconut shrimp roll..DELICIOUS. For an entree get the Hawaiian ribeye “Pittsburg Style” Food, Service and Ambiance is always great. Just make sure to make reservations in advance.

Always a solid experience at Hillstone. I didn’t care for the tostones appetizer nor for the roasted artichoke (which was highly recommended). The Hawaiian ribeye was delicious and my kale salad as well. The Belvedere dirty martini was great.

Had a fabulous dinner. While I was having my dinner I walked out to the bathroom. When I got back less than 3 minutes later the hosted had cleared my space, got rid of my drink and set someone else on my seat. I hadn’t closed out my tab. Mind you I had not finished my dinner or drink. I wan’t able to have dessert and all the manager was able to say was that they would not bill me for the drink they discarded. The person making the error didn’t have the decency to even speak with me to explain the error. It was the manager wanting to give me credit for the drink they threw away. Really? Anyway couldn’t even finish my dinner. Crazy.
