This is always a great choice. For years, my team and I have been visiting different Houston’s and Hillstone locations across the U.S. They are consistently on point — always going above and beyond with service, always delivering amazing food, and always crafting incredible drinks.
What makes it even better is that each location has its own unique atmosphere, thoughtfully adapted to the local demographics, while still maintaining the same high standard we’ve come to expect. 1,000% recomended.

Always a vibe and food is always on point. Wish they allowed bigger parties to sit together. Always get a side of anchovies with my Caesar. The pineapple ribeye is the best steak on the menu. And the artichoke is an obvious must.

But what truly makes this place special is the people.
Christine and Janet at the bar are simply the best. They know us, they take care of us, and they make every visit feel personal and memorable. Stephanie in the dining room is equally perfect… attentive, gracious, and always a step ahead without ever making it feel formal or forced.
It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality is as exceptional as the food, but this team nails it every single time. We celebrate here, unwind here, bring friends here, bring the babies here (which everyone loves)…. honestly, if we could live here, we probably would.

When in Miami, Hillstone’s Coral Gables or Bell Harbour, is a must visit. The menu is fresh with a small selection of appetizers, salads, sushi, main courses, drinks as well as deserts however, strategically picked to satisfy the most demanding foody. The staff, from the moment you arrive, hosts, waitresses and servers with their high end polished service, are all attentive to your needs and makes the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the “Seared Tuna Salad.” A combination of mango, avocado, mixed greens, and a cilantro vinaigrette and the Tuna, seared to perfection, makes this salad enjoyable as a main course or to share. Something that they always highlight is their “Dress Code.” Smart casual; sportswear, gym clothes, and flip-flops are not permitted which makes the experience more enjoyable. Recommending Hillstone for any occasion. You cannot go wrong.

Absolutely amazing! The food, drinks, and service here are worth every penny. Not only is everyone attentive, they are also friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The tuna tartar is delicious and enough to share. Definitely order sushi, even if it’s just one roll to share. The corn is a must! And don’t forget dessert!

I recently visited this place and was surprised by the pricing. The food is simple — mostly sandwiches, burgers, and fries — and while it’s decent, it doesn’t justify the high prices. Charging around $30 for a basic burger and fries, and over $50 for some plates, feels excessive for the type and quality of food offered.
The pricing does not seem aligned with the style of cuisine or the overall experience. It’s not a gourmet or fine-dining concept, so the value proposition feels off. I hope management reevaluates the pricing structure to better reflect what is actually being served.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The service is absolutely impeccable—attentive, friendly, and professional. The cocktails are top-tier, beautifully balanced and crafted with care. The food is delicious, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
It’s definitely on the pricier side, but well worth it for the overall quality and ambiance. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially during peak hours. Can’t wait to come back!
