This is only the second time I have been there. My wife and I went when they first opened and didnt like a whole lot about it but I like to give places a second chance so we just went for fathers day. The service was great but the food had not improved much. I had the Brisket plate which cost $17.95, I got 3 thin slices of brisket that were a good flavor but very dry, a medium sized baked potato and half of a smaller corn cob which had no flavor at all and was overcooked. All told it cost us $76 + tip for about $30 worth of food. I do not recommend this place at all and personally wont go back!!!

We ordered and waited 30 minutes for our food. When we asked the server if it will be long she commented that they had been slammed by the large group in front of us. Not once did they check in on us. We have 3 children; they were looking forward to dinner so we waited it out. Not even some bread for the table.
The children’s portion was a joke. DQ has a much better selection and better value.
We ordered the ribs; we got 4 burned pieces per plate; my wife left hers – could not eat it; the sides were in little butter containers (beans / slaw) – two tablespoons worth. $17 a plate.
Our bill was more than $60. Frank the owner who also makes the food told us “I’ll take care of you”. He took of 20% so we ended up paying $50 to have a lousy dinner with lousy table service.
Save your dollars and eat elsewhere. Muddy Moose / Red Fox – great food / great service.
Stay away from Hillbilly’s if you care about the quality of food, if you work hard for your money.

We are Wyndham owners and part of our package are discounts to certain restaurants, this being one of them, however upon arrival and showing them the coupon they didn’t honor it stating that there are many scams out there. I called the programs 800# while I was at the restaurant and they confirmed that they are a paying advertiser so they are obviously using
wyndham to advertise for them and not honoring the coupons.
Wyndham said that the account rep would be calling the owner and that they (wyndham) would call me back. I haven’t heard back yet.
Food was good but won’t go back, they appear to be dishonest.

Nobody was in the resturant except for 2 workers. I wanted a salad and they charged $10.95. Honestly, its the most expensive resturant I’ve ever been in. They wanted $30 for a rack of ribs. The resturant looked wicked fake too. Don’t go there. Its a waste of your time and money.

The Pagan Permie Garden and Homestead
The chicken fingers kids meal came with one chicken finger, which had feathers on it. They didn’t offer my two year old a meal, the food was greasy and the tea tasted like water.
