The Burger Man is back. I was invited to Hilburn’s Family Diner to score their burger for them. It was a fresh, hand-patted-out patty with fresh toppings, grilled and seasoned to perfection. The only thing is that the meat was not of high quality like some places are. Good, but needs improvement. Their BBQ sandwich is awesome. Customer service is the best around. Great folks, good food.

If you find yourself inside Hilburns diner then you’re in luck! Every person that walks through the door is treated like family. The staff are all super polite and attentive. Their menu is not short on variety! They have daily rotating lunch specials, catfish night and even steaks on the weekends. If you need a big amount of food for an event no worries they cater as well! Follow them on Facebook for daily specials and especially when they take orders for the variety of meats that they offer fresh off their smoker *I highly recommend the smoked chicken*
