Hilary’s is very good to it’s customers. Compared to other establishments they really a truely provide the best food quality and prepared they can for a good price. We are regulars and customers ordering around 3 times a week. Today I had a different shift I called a little late, they were almost closed and put everything thru. They took great care of ume and my coworker. Food was fantastic, hot and delicious.

What a great little gem of a find. We were on vacation with our three grandkids (4, 6, 17) when we stumbled on this great restaurant.
We were seated immediately for breakfast, and our server brought us our coffee even before our little ones settled down. Our server brought coloring books and little hot wheel cars to occupy the littles while we looked thru the menu.
Large menu, options and choices for almost every taste.
Our meals came quickly, they were served hot and with smiles and compliments to the grandkids from both of our servers.
Prices were very family friendly, the menus were large and varied, even the kids menu.
Everything was very good, but what would bring us back next time was the outstanding service. As crowded as they were (nearly every table was filled), the servers still stopped to fill our coffees, check on us while we ate, and had the plates and silverware picked up before we paid our bill.

Great local family run restaurant. Open for breakfast & lunch plus Dinner on Thursdays & Fridays. Food was delicious. Omelette was flavorful but could have been bigger. We asked for crispy bacon & crispy home fries; we got that! Service was phenomenal. Quick and friendly. Our food came out in 5 minutes. Everyone works together & is helpful.You will feel like family when you visit.

Can’t tell you about the food. Hubby and I walked in and was told to seat ourselves and someone will be with us. We sat down and watched 3 couples walk in. That same lady that told us to seat ourselves walked up to those 3(separate tables) and handed them menus and continued about her business. When I noticed no one was coming to service us. I got up and said i get my own menus being that no one is bringing to us. My hubby decided to leave because if it they didn’t serve us the menus who knows how long it would take to get a order in or get our food.

My friend purchased a wonderful breakfast for me to-go. I have an injury and can’t easily get out. It was as if they knew I was desperate for good food, lol very generous portions! So happy they serve grits, which were delicious. The toast was packaged separately- a nice touch! This is my first experience and I can’t wait to go and dine inside

Service was great everyone was friendly but,,, their corned beef sandwich definitely left something to be desired. There was a fabulous amount of meat but it was gristly and a bit tough. Half the meat pulled out of the bread while trying to eat it and lots of long strings getting stuck between your teeth. It might be the biggest but it’s not the best corned beef sandwich in town.

8/18/25- Love Hilary’s! It’s a true Family owned and operated breakfast, lunch and (dinner- on Thursdays and Fridays) local restaurant! You immediately have a warm welcome and you feel like you’re family!
With a nostalgic vibe and a menu to please every palate!
The food is fresh and absolutely delicious!
Your only problem will be deciding what to order! My favorites are the house made pastrami on their house made rye bread ( beyond delicious) , their amazing patty melt, their NY style French Toast, eggs with creamy grits and the real NY style sesame buttered bagel, their coffee is amazing- just to name a few! Definitely leave room for their homemade desserts!

The service is always 5 star! Warm, friendly and welcoming! The owner Mark, remembers every one’s name and their favorite dish! Visits with everyone making sure you are happy!
The Hilary’s team are also friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu! Both my server’s were great, Ashley and the young girl (didn’t get her name-sorry) were great! The hostess was welcoming and friendly!
It’s one of my favorites in Palm Beach County! It’s spotless and the decor will send you down memory lane! Even the music is on point!
This visit I ordered the Patty Melt medium rare with extra cheese ! Truly the best Patty Melt in Palm Beach County! Juice, piping hot and perfectly cooked! It was magical! I also ordered a Pinot Grigio! Crisp and cold! Delicious!

Coffee is offered and it’s the most delicious coffee in the world! Served in a classic brown mug! Mary made sure my coffee was always full and hot! Service with a smile! Dee was one of my servers and she didn’t miss a beat! Took my order and it came out quickly and perfectly cooked and piping hot! I love their bagels! I always order it “lightly toasted and buttered “ they actually prepare it perfectly! They butter it when the bagels are hot! So many places don’t! So many places give you ice cold butter to try and spread on a lukewarm bagel.. That’s just one of the reasons I love Hilary’s! They even provide real butter on the table! My eggs were delicious and also perfectly cooked!
The food is always delicious! The menu has something for everyone! Huge portions! Their pastrami sandwich is my next favorite! Huge sandwich! Home cooking at it’s finest! The restaurant has a nostalgic vibe! Family friendly! It’s spotless and has plenty of parking right outside the door!

2023-A real New York Style coffee shop.. great friendly service and great oldies music.. and delicious food! 80% NY’s enjoying a simple breakfast.. my new favorite breakfast joint! The sesame bagel was perfectly toasted and my eggs and grits came out piping hot and perfectly cooked!
Any coffee that’s in the nostalgic brown coffee mug has to be delicious! Always being refilled by a very attentive server.. Not to take anything away from Pete’s place on Jog rd.. I also love it there.. this is truly a throwback to my childhood in Manhattan sooooo many years ago.. I can’t wait to try it for lunch… I highly recommend!!!!

We never got to taste the food. My wife and I walked in and was told to seat ourselves. As we sat and waited to be attended we see 3 other couples walk in and immediately get attended. My wife finally got frustrated and got up to get our menus since no one had come over to give us one. At that point I got up and said let’s go. At that point t the server said im coming now to tend to you but it was too late. Watching other people who came in after get immediately attended while we sat there waiting was disappointing enough. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t. There were plenty of open tables.

I went for dessert and had what can only be described as a slab of chocolate cake. It was delicious save room for it. I also noticed they had prime rib as a special. I wish I had come here instead of the restaurant I went to. Next time I’ll get the prime rib and the chocolate cake.

I went back and ordered a bacon cheeseburger it was delicious. They cooked it perfectly. Should have ordered two it was so good.
