What a great place to stop in Cimarron!
They have wonderful customer service, a fun atmosphere with some shopping choices and a shelf full of games to play, we enjoyed a French Vanilla Latte, a Honey Breve (the best ever!) an iced an hot Carmel Macchiato, and 2 Hot Chocolates, and a couple of warm Churro Donuts. We will be stopping every time we pass through.

We had the pleasure to stop at Hikers Coffee on our way to ski in Red River. We had the best experience visiting with Steven and Melissa while they prepared us our drinks and breakfast. The coffee was incredible, I had my usual americano with a sausage biscuit. My wife and kids all enjoyed their drinks and meals as well. Overall, a great experience with some wonderful folks. My family and I highly recommend stopping in to try Hikers Coffee and if you get a chance to stop for the night ask Steven or Melissa about the Hikers Inn across the way. A great place to catch some rest for the night.

This is a great spot to stop in for a cup of coffee and a number of other drinks and treats, including ice cream. The owners are friendly and have created a great atmosphere to relax in and even play some games. If your are passing through Cimarron be sure to stop in.

If your driving through or visiting Cimarron this is a must stop for a good, hot cup of coffee! These are Christian people, serving up not just coffee but blessings and a great worship playlist to get your day started right!! Oh and if you are ABQ local they got Red Rock Roasters coffee, so yummy!!

The churro donut was awesome. I wish it was bigger. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was very spacious and fun. There are board games and couches. It’s better than Starbucks.

If you’re passing through Cimarron New Mexico for a Philomont adventure or just to enjoy the area, Hikers Coffee is your place to fuel up in the morning. The coffee is delicious and prepared by a skilled barrista on a state of the art machine. Service couldn’t be any better – fast, friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is 100% in alignment with what you expect from a top notch Hiker oriented coffee shop. This team handled out wild band of San Antonio scouts. Best place to make it happen in the morning. I highly recommend.

Had a great breakfast sandwich & Coke. Enjoyed it so much there it was hard to leave. Across the road they also have a motel with RV spots and for me some tent spots. I sure enjoyed the hot shower after a day of travel on My Royal Enfield motorcycle. I will be back.

What a wonderful find!! We absolutely LOVED this quaint coffee shop in the center of Cimmaron, NM! We travel to this area a couple times a year and will definitely make this our go to stop for amazing coffee, great atmosphere, and THE sweetest wait-staff! They literally walked outside just to point us in the right direction! Don’t forget to ask for the “Jumpin’ Jack” when you go!! (Vanilla Frapé with an extra shot and Caramel!)
