Ok guys, this is the spot to go! The sushi here is amazing and priced great! $29.99 AYCE at lunch! The portions are perfect. Lots of fish and a little rice! There is one sushi spot in Santa Clarita that does the AYCE and it is pretty good, except for the fact they give you a mountain of rice on each piece of sushi and I feel like this is tru for most spots. This place though……….amazing!! If you want great sushi at a great price, come to Hikari!!!! It does get busy, so be prepared to wait a bit, nothing to crazy but trust me. It is worth the wait!

I have been here more times than I can count but the thing that puts it over the top is the great service.
When your server is Jess and you are greeted with a genuine friendly smile you feel so welcome.
It’s so hard to find good service now a days, Jess is amazing and that only enhances the experience.
There is a lot of things to like about this place, but for someone like me that does not eat rice this all you can eat place is great because of all the no rice selections as well as all the items they have.

The waitress tried to gaslight us saying all the rolls come soaked in Ponzu even though there’s no mention of it on the menu. The worst part besides the sushi being chewy half the time is if the waiter/waitresses/chefs do terrible job, they don’t give a damn cause they automatically add gratuity. Look past the AYCE gimmick they have & go to a much better place.

Staff is always on top of things and their menu has a huge variety of rolls, nigiri, sushi, sashimi, etc. it can get a bit repetitive with the spicy crab mixture so just fair warning.
Fish is always as fresh as can be but never fishy or smelly or low quality. They’re so busy it’s impossible for the fish to be old.
Definitely recommend it!

This is a great place to get sushi. Im not a fan of raw sushi, but I am a fan of deep fried sushi.
My favorites are the Crunch roll that comes with crab meat.
The baked salmon roll.
The shrimp crunch roll.
Calamari has great flavors.
I love the miso soup, great way to wet the pallet.
Baked mussels are delicious and I could not get enough.
Those ceviche nachos I believe they were called, is raw but delicious!
They always have fast service. Everyone works as a team. There is no one waiter to one table. They answer to every table they can and help whomever needs help.
I’ve even seen the employees go on break together and they are sharing food with one another. If that doesnt say they are a close knit clue and welcome us into their family, then nothing will.

I ate here yesterday (06/13/2025>11:35am) and really enjoyed the food—it was delicious! However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. The waitress seemed upset and not in the mood to engage. I understand that everyone has bad days, and we never really know what someone might be going through. Still, as a customer, it’s always nice to be greeted with a smile—even a small or polite one makes a big difference. A warm welcome really helps set the tone for a good dining experience.
Hikari Sushi is highly recommended!
The food was delicious, and I truly enjoyed my meal.
Just a little thought—it’s so important to welcome customers with a warm, beautiful smile. A friendly atmosphere makes a big difference and leaves a lasting impression.

We ordered a la carte in order to get what we wanted. Ordered 2 hand rolls and one Hawaiian roll to start. We got one hand roll 2 cut rolls. Hawaiian roll had the bare minimum of Avacado. I a m sure they have good service and food, but it’s just not for us.

Great price, vibey music, polite and attentive staff, and the sushi is appropriately proportioned.
Is a great go to for sushi.
They do add gratuity to your bill whether you’re a party of 1, placing a to go order, or a party of 5+ be sure to check that on the bill to tip appropriately.
