The food was really good, I enjoyed mine thoroughly. The fries, the veggies, the beef and rice were all great.
The seafood soup was incredible.

Such an appetizing experience! First time here, asked our server, Brandon, for suggestions; tried the Lomo Saltado (beef stir fry), Arroz con Mariscos (seafood rice), and Maracuyá (passion fruit drink). WOW – great suggestions, and oh-so-good! Thanks Brandon, we’ll see you soon!

So much delicious food. I got the rocoto sauce on the side because I was the only one who likes spicy, and it had a nice zing to it.
If you’ve never had Peruvian ceviche, you must get it, very different from ceviche Mexicano. A jalea (fried seafood) with it is the perfect pairing.

The tallarin saltado was absolutely scrumptious. The aji (hot sauce) was both flavorful and spicy. The ceviche and fried seafood were delicious, too. Attentive and friendly service. Definitely a must.

We were debating trying this or Dave’s hot chicken next door, ultimately we ended up here since Dave’s hot chicken had limited indoor seating. I cannot tell you how amazing the food, service, and atmosphere was. Will definitely come again! Saves me a drive to Gardena for El rocoto.

Review Visit that restaurant on Saturday, 9/27, approximately 6 p.m.
1) The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and clean.
2) Maria, our waitress, was extremely professional and helpful. She was always checking on our food and taking care of our tables. Excellent service.
3) About the food:
Lomo saltado was excellent.
Tallarin Saltado: It was incredibly nice and flavorful
Arroz Chaufa: IT WAS SO BAD, TASTE SWEET LIKE SOMEONE PUT SUGAR OR SWEET FLAVOR ON THE RICE THAT WAS NOT ARROZ CHAUFA. WE ALL ON THE TABLE TASTE IT AND IT WAS SO BAD WE ENDED UP RETURNING THE PLATE. ( it was missing the soy sauce, no salty flavor , it taste like cinnamon the chef has probably never made this Peruvian plate
ABOUT THE SERVICE: ” Brandon” is the worst waiter and will bring a negative reputation to the restaurant. We requested for two glasses of water and he ignored us; the second time we asked for two glasses of water, he did not deliver the glasses; and finally, the third time I asked, “Can you get us water, please?” why are you ignoring us ?
“BRANDON, RESPOND TO US!! I AM NOT YOUR WAITER!!! (KEEP IN MIND THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY; THERE WERE ONLY 6 OF US AND 1 GUY ALONE ON A TABLE AND A COUPLE THAT JUST ARRIVED) he was doing nothing but walking around there were not customers and it was empty the restaurant for this Employee to not give us water!!!!
BRANDON THE MALE WAITER!!!! : NEVER brought us two cups of water, and he was upset that we had requested for water by saying “NO IM NOT YOUR WAITER,” he gave us bad attitude, and rolling his eyes. can you believe it ? he was mad we had been asking for water?!!! while the other poor girl, Maria, was running around taking orders and serving our table.
This water, Brandon!!! IS NOT A TEAM PLAYER TO SAY THAT TO CUSTOMERS MAKES YOU NEVER WANT TO RETURN!! THIS PERSON PROVIDED HORRIBLE SERVICE.
We are regular customers. WE GO INTO THE RESTAURANT TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES AND ORDER FOR PICK-UP EVERY TIME!! Employees like Brandon can lead to customer loss due to their lack of skills and failure to assist others in completing orders efficiently. I continued to observe him, and he is not a team player.
A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE BY ONE EMPLOYEE CAN DRIVE YOUR BUSINESS AWAY. ONE THING I KNOW I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN !! I DONT NEED THAT TYPE OF WAITER MAKES US FEEL BAD.

Sunday 10/12/25 Lunch at Higo Peru with my son. Ordered the Lomo Satalo, Saltado De Pescado, and Platano Frito. Delicious and main dishes come in a big portion.
