We decided to pick a random diner in New Jersey to drive to that we hadn’t been to before and this was where we ended up going. We were very happy with our choice. Nice diner with an old school feel. The service was good and food was delicious. We highly recommend ordering their matzoh ball soup and/or their clam chowder soup.

A lot of the diners I grew up with are either shutting down or losing its luster BUT not this place.
Amazing food, service was top notch and prices were reasonable.
Definitely recommend The Godfather sandwich as it was the winner in our group of six. Buffalo wings had great flavor without an over powering spice. Hightown burger was a hit along with the Reuben, Fish Flounder sandwich and Beef dip.
You really can’t go wrong with this place!

This is a great classic diner that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Extensive menu. Attentive service. Their scrapple was cooked perfectly. Plenty of parking both streetside and in a dedicated lot. Went for lunch on a Friday before a holiday weekend and was seated immediately but the place was almost 100% full. Did not try any of their baked goods, but the pies in the display case by the register looked really good.

Classic diner with a homey feel. Great for both breakfast and dinner. Omelettes and pancakes are delicious. Matzoh ball soup is wonderful and good to take home too. Also great sandwiches, like chicken salad. Service is friendly and timely. Looking forward to coming again soon!

Average at best. Coffee was green and pretty gross, plates and cups were cracked and chipped (only took a photo of one), but most disappointingly the burger deluxe had hardly any fries. The burger itself tasted fine, and I liked the use of red onions. The photo of the burger was taken the moment the plate was set before me but after I had cut it in half. Perhaps they shouldn’t have assembled the burger before serving it, because it made the plate look half empty. Prices were average.

We have lived in the area for about 3 years and this was our first time at this diner. The reviews were great which is why we decided to give it a try.
Well firstly the place is small they did not have a table to seat a family of 5 so it was pretty tight, I think if we requested 2 tables to be placed together might have worked out, secondly on the most important thing, we ordered the basic breakfast and I must say it was delicious. Everything was really tasty. The staff were very sweet and courteous! Will definitely be going back again.

Lynn and Kyla were very warm and hospitable servers, the place is amazing! Friendly atmosphere, fast service and the corned beef hash has to be the best hash I’ve ever had! The corn beef hash omelette is the way to go if that’s your thing, my son had eggs and bacon, and the bacon was absolutely phenomenal! fresh squeezed orange juice to top it off! I have only the most amazing things to say about this great place! If you are hungry, go here right away!

My mom and I came here since we were close by. She had a french dip and I had a patty melt. (Classics if you ask me) They also had greek lemon chicken soup as a soup of the day. It was pretty good. What really made me like this place was the staff. The waitresses there were kind and funny. Made it a nice atmosphere. I gotta say when I go back I wanna go for breakfast and carrot cake . I got cherry pie, pie isn’t really my thing but I thought it was ok.
