We was camping kinda close to this gem. I had a personal blt pizza, my wife had the Highland sub and my son had the wings my son who is still pre teen said “the wings was bussin”. My wife said her sub was really flavourful and the bun was one of her favorite sub buns she has had in awhile. My blt pizza with no t because I don’t like tomatoes, was pretty good. The crust held up nice had a good balance of toppings, the only thing I would have change was I should have ate it before we traveled back to the camp ground. The pizza was great I can only imagine it tasting better being hot out of the oven. We did also got some ice cream while we was there, which was delicious. The employee that greated us was an amazing young lady that was super helpful and kind. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He seems to be a great guy and he was real friendly. All in all it was a good experience we will be going back.

All the bread is amazing!! The pretzel bites with nacho dip is delicious! Everything here is good. The salads are unique & made on site. Everything’s fresh & staff is friendly. The Owner is a WONDERFUL human!! So Sad that the in-house seating was taken away or I would have given it a five.

Highland Pizza & Ice Cream has been around forever. It’s been ran by the same family for a really long time. Maybe always? They do really good pizza, subs & ice cream. I recently saw the sign is advertising black berry cheesecake ice cream. Yum, I need to get in to try that. I would recommend Highland Pizza if you are in the area for a sporting event etc. It is perfectly located in front of Highland High School. Plenty of parking in the back if you want to go in to eat.

Sad to see the state of what used to be a bustling spot for all the Highland kids and families. Came to meet for a reunion, and the food is exactly what I remember. Fantastic pizza on a delicious crust, great loaded salads, and yummy ice cream….
But, no more service in the dining room, and a significantly quieter doorway. It’s a shame it hasn’t bloomed with business after expansion of the schools. Instead, the mini golf and batting cages have all wasted away, and the business seems like it’s barely holding on. Would love to see someone revive the property to the fun spot it used to be for kids to hang out.

This is such a nice place! Never been there before. The young gentleman and beautiful young lady at the window and register were exceptional. Big smiles and answering questions but staying on task getting the drive thru taken care of! I did not know there was an indoor area in the back to be seated and the young lady advised we could walk around but they were not serving back there. Yet it was very clean and nice with tables and a place to sit and eat. We were the only people in there. Very relaxing and the young lady even came back to check on us. The drive thru was non stop cars for almost an hour. The food we got was the steak sub! Superbly made and very delicious. The chocolate milkshake was very rich and thick! Way to go! We will be going back even though it is a little drive to get there!
