I returned here to try their take on big mac burger as a pizza. I ordered their big mac pizza, ring leader burger with curly fries, and cheese burger club sandwich with waffle fries. The burger is decent with juicy burger patty i wish the bacon strip in it was minced but i guess it’s just my preference. The big mac pizza tasted like the real thing but I think they need to tone down the pickles a bit so it’s less overpowering. Club sandwich was great too. They toasted the sandwich enough to get all the cheese onside melt. Service was fast. I got all my orders within 30 mins.

I’m always driving by this place and I wanted to try for the first time I got the Big Mac pizza it’s very good loved the crust and I also got the buffalo chicken potato skin omg these are the best potato skins I have ever had so taste and I love the cheese and the ratio was great like these are big I’m definitely coming back and trying something new

We have always had the very best experience with HIghland Grill. The service is excellent – food is always ready on time. And the food!!! Great pizza, loaded with toppings; fresh, tasty salads; yummy, beautifully prepared dinners; and absolutely huge and marvelous calzones! Moved to Braintree a few years ago, and this place has been a staple for delicious local food! Sometimes the orders I have received have been ill-contrived and lacking flavor, but most orders have been 4/5 to 5/5.
Just ordered their **new** Shrimp & Rice Bowl today.
Good flavor, but scant on the shrimps.
It was 70% rice, 20% veggies, and 10% shrimp
More shrimp, less rice, more veggies! The sour cream ranch sauce was also good.

This place used to be my favorite but the quality of food seems to have gone down. The spinach and chicken taste terrible now. I ordered the pizza with mashed potatoes on it and it said crispy chicken in it. I just got grilled chicken instead. And it tasted off. Like it was old maybe. The other pizza, had spinach in it and the spinach was yellow and smelled funky and tasted off. But no food poisoning after a week so it’s not expired but seems like they’re cutting corners now. Their pizza can still be good if you stick to cheese and pepperoni though. I used to prefer this place over Rosie’s but I guess not anymore unless they fix whatever is going on behind the scenes. New chefs? Old and expiring ingredients because some greedy landlord wants more money for rent? Or just not as many customers as before and not willing to let ingredients go to waste? I don’t but I’ve tried to eat here on 3 different occasions this year and I’ve been disappointed with the exception of the hot honey pepperoni pizza but my dad says it’s not as good as it used to be.
Edit: After trying a pizza there again, it wasn’t as bad as before, maybe I just had a bad day but still not as good as they once were :
The owner is a nice guy and I feel bad I have to leave this review but it’s just not the same anymore.

We gave them another try tonight after having stopped ordering a while back. We’re left really disappointed again. We know the big game is tonight so naturally we assumed they’d be a bit busy…with that being said its still pretty ridiculous to receive the order 40-45+ minutes AFTER the estimated time they gave us. The food was delivered cold- calzone the cheese basically solidified, the fries are limp and undercooked, the wings looking and tasting like they sat for some time before being tossed into a box. The second star is literally only because the driver apologized for the insane wait time. Crazy, they used to be SO GOOD – this is just sad.

I’m sick of this place. The food is good but inconsistent. They use OLD/SPOILED produce. Everytime I ask for the same item with lettuce and get 1 PC of spoiled rotted lettuce. Today I asked for extra lettuce and this is the disgusting garbage sent. One almost full piece of rotted lettuce and 1 half of a piece.

I ordered deliver which came fast. The man delivering followed the instructions, even calling to make sure he was in the right place.
The Italian sub was the best I have had in this town and surrounding towns. Plenty of meat !
I also ordered the Italian wedding soup that came with delicious garlic bread for dipping.
