We stopped in right after work on a Friday, and it was the busiest we’ve ever seen this place. It was pretty loud, but the atmosphere still felt upscale and fun. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. Our waitress forgot our waters, but we received everything else we ordered, so it was just a minor detail.
We tried the crab rangoon cheeseball again. It was still good, though not quite as flavorful as the first time I had it. Overall, it’s a great spot with classy vibes and solid food and service. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, I’d recommend going at a different time. We’ll definitely be back.

We love the eclectic decor and easy going atmosphere. The snacks are just right and the cocktails are fun. They range from luscious lemon blueberry to oaky bourbon booziness and everything in between. The servers are engaging and fun to talk to and remember us coming in from months earlier. One of our favorite spots.

The environment is fantastic. I love the lighting and the wood, and the wallpaper is a nice touch. Don’t sit in the grey chairs – they are angled downward and make you feel like you’re going to slide out. Our bartender was very nice and our drinks tasted like they were supposed to, but knowing that this place is from the likes of The Carpenter Bar and The Treasury, I expected more from their cocktail menu. There wasn’t anything special – just basics. I was anticipating creative cocktails like at the other two bars, but no such luck.

You need to come here. The vibes are so cool! They play cool music and have nice cozy spots to tuck into. Our bartenders were great! Very nice and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Drinks were immaculate. I recommend the Love on the Rocks and the Verdita Margarita. Top notch place!

First time at the Highball Bar snd it was fantastic. Great Bourbon Selection (Wellers Full Proof, Eagle Rare, Blanton’s plus several others). Great signature drink selection. I went with the Old Fashion with Blanton’s. Spacious and contemporary. Bartender was friendly and attentive.

Disappointing Experience – Overcharged and Poor Service
Went out with my wife for a date night and ended up disappointed. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was slow—we sat for a long time before anyone even approached us. I had to go to the bar myself to order drinks.
I asked the bartender with long hair how much an Old Fashioned with Blanton’s was—he clearly told me $18. I ordered it, plus two more later. When the bill came, I was charged $18 each plus an additional $24. When I asked about it, he said that’s “just because it’s an Old Fashioned,” which made no sense. I specifically asked the price before ordering. He apologized and said he’d fix it, but nothing was removed.
This isn’t how you run a business. Misleading customers and hoping they won’t notice the charges is not acceptable. I won’t be coming back.
