A top-notch establishment. They often have quite a wait so make sure you get there early to put your name on the list, feel free to hang outside and have a delicious old-fashioned while you wait. The menu is super simple, but they do everything extremely well. The schnitzel was perfectly light yet crispy and salty! It paired incredibly well with the al Dante Spoetzl. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

Cool place to grab drinks and lunch. Food menu is great with a few good options.
I was impressed with the amount of wings you get in the appetizer. Typically for an appetizer in use to just getting 6 wings in an orderbut they give you more which was a pleasant surprise. Flavor was great so no complaints.
We order the pasta and tacos. Again great flavors in both and very happy with portions.
Drinks were also amazing. We tried the flight and I got a drink featuring their gin.
Service was great and loved the vibe of the place. We got there pretty early as they sat us right away. When we left, the place was really full and lots of people at the outside tables.
Get there early or make a reservation.
Don’t forget to visit the gift shop. We had to get a few things to remember the experience.

Friday lunch was an average busy with a 20 min wait. Greeted by the hostess Kiera with a smile and kind welcome.
We were able to be seated sooner with seats at the bar. Where Josh immediately welcomed up. Drinks were prepared quickly and very professionally. I had the High West Lemonade while my husband enjoyed a IPA. Food came out quickly and was delicious. LOVE the fries. We had a burger and Tacos.

The place was packed to the gills and after our meal, I understood why! The drinks were great and I loved the High West gin. We sat at the bar and the service was great. Drinks and food were in front of us shortly after ordering. The burger and tacos were too notch. Great vibe all around!

Visited on a sunday night, what a great atmosphere and excellent whiskey selection straight from their distillery. The food paired perfectly, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would say this is A must-visit spot in Park City for anyone who enjoys good whiskey and a lively mountain vibe.

It’s cold. You’re hungry. You see “dark meat turkey pot pie” on the menu and think – gosh that’ll hit the spot and warm me up. Thing come out and it looks like someone sat on a super small pot pie. Turkey dry. Super nice staff. Drinks and atmosphere good. Food was very disappointing. Friend ordered chicken wings and came out cold

Was looking forward to a visit to High West for dinner and drinks. They don’t take reservations so had to put name on waiting list. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait on a Monday night even though things seemed very slow, so we waited thinking it would be worth the wait.
Our waiter seemed completely clueless. We ordered cocktails to start. I was told my cocktail was sold out?? So I just ordered an ordinary old fashioned. When ordering food my first two selections were also sold out. What is going on here?
The food was very average. Our waiter never checked on us, never refilled our water glasses and I could see him just standing behind the bar staring off into space, it wasn’t like he was busy helping other guests.
This place is overrated and I will not be going back.

Awesome spot to enjoy great spirits, ambiance, and grub. Our server Lori made the evening outstanding. From start to finish, her and the waitstaff crushed it. She answered all of our questions regarding the extensive spirit selection, ensured our cocktails were as desired, and overall had a great personality that made the dinner awesome. Definitely will be back!!!
