16 of us went here, for a graduation celebration. The food was presented well, but…. the temperature of our steak filets, steam pots and soups was very disappointing, hardly even LUKE WARM. When a person spends good money on a meal, we really felt like the whole night was just mediocre. However our server was fantastic! (I think his name was Andrew).needless to say we will not be returning! Not going to pay that price for cold steaks. No response from the owners, on this review??! 1048 reviews!

High Tide is a decent choice for seafood. We weren’t impressed by the appetizers; sourdough was soft and plain, ceviche didn’t deserve the name (overcooked seafood with a too-sweet tomato base), the calamari was heavily breaded (but the calamari itself was thick), and the crab garlic cheesy bread had too much cheese masking dried out crab. The main dishes were good, although nothing to rave about. The pasta dishes were heavy with butter and cream, but generous portions that filled our to-go boxes. The pan roast was fun to dig into.

Dinner was excellent, but I was surprised at how expensive it is. We had two entrees, which cost us $100. No appetizers or drinks or desserts. Seems a little hefty for just that. The ambiance is nice, great service, but the restaurant had a strong fishy smell. I expect a little in a seafood restaurant, but that was intense.

Love this location! Great food, service, and atmosphere! The management staff is friendly as well! The only downfall is the lack of available parking.

High Tide is Gilbert’s best seafood. We try something new each time we come here. This place made my kids 8,9 and 14 seafood lovers. The lobster Mac n cheese we get an entree and we save most of it for the next day because it’s even better. Great selection of appetizers and signature cocktails. Service is amazing.

We felt the value exceeded the quality of the meal. The middle-tier High Tide seafood tower was lackluster and definitely not $200 worth. The crab legs were somewhat frozen at parts and did not have that tender sweetness. Clams/muscles were cleaned well and were as expected. The shrimp and oysters were the best part. We got half a lobster with that, and the melted butter contraption was a nice touch. The clam linguine was a pain to eat and we had to pick out all those little bits of shells that shattered. The clam clowder was overly sweet with the addition of carrots. The braised short ribs were just fine. Overall, we were disappointed in the food when compared to other seafood restaurants of that caliber providing better quality and value.

Excellent seafood, particularly for Arizona! We ordered the seafood bake for two, which could have fed the easily. My only negative was that there table were a little small, and as a result, between the serving pan, butter, beverages, bread and various implements of crustacean destruction, things were tight! Excellent service, great atmosphere, and a wonderful anniversary dinner.

Dinner was pretty good but making a reservation doesn’t help. We ended up waiting for a table with everyone else, and then they tucked us away into this tiny little room in the back. Great food, but I took a star off for the less than ideal seat in the brightly lit back room.

The food was absolutely delicious. The menu was different from the usual seafood restaurant. Our party of six picked 3 appetizers and 7 entrees. It was all delicious. We found ourselves sharing each others food with delight. We were unable to keep it for ourselves. I highly recommend this spot for an absolutely stunning experience for your taste buds. It has become a new favorite for our family and guests to our house. I know if someone says seafood, this place is coming to mind.
