Ever since HTB was established in 1986, we wanted to redefine fast food and deliver a better burrito experience. At 21, Founder Greg Maples served the kind of food you might whip up in your kitchen. But, he did it fast! The locals LOVED the fresh flavors as well as the hand-crafted, customized food. As the awards piled up, the lines stacked up! We quickly learned there was a real hunger (pun intended!) for a better burrito! If you think after twenty-five plus years, we’d rest on our laurels, think again: We’ve retained the same energy, enthusiasm and commitment that made us a pioneer in the healthy eating movement. We promise to provide a warm, welcoming place where you can eat full-flavored, fresh, local and healthy food.

The manager, Jeffrey Pojoy, is excellent. I made a mistake in thinking that my son ordered his lunch from the San Anselmo store but actually he ordered it from the Mill Valley store. Even though he couldn’t find the order in the store’s system he had my son’s order made with no complaints and offered a free container of guac. He was very professional and just nice. Definitely will go back to Hi Tech!

Jeffery is an absolute gem. He’s always kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every time I walk in, he makes me feel like a valued guest, not just a customer. His positive attitude and dedication to great service are unmatched.

I want to love this place, or even like it. It’s the closest “taqueria”? to our house, and we frequent Pizzalina and the Hub because they’re just a short walk all away, but there are too many superior options nearby for tacos, burritos, etc. that are worth a quick drive. We found it to be bland, basic, generally unimpressive. The service was nice enough (though only marginally helpful in helping navigate the menu) and the restaurant seemed pretty clean (although there was a funky smell). Just cannot recommend.

20 minutes late for a scheduled order. Ended up missing my lunch break. People who came in while waiting got orders before us. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you don’t get your food. Quality wasn’t great either.

I came in today and the temp was 89 degrees, not fair to hbd employees at all. Service was wonderful and food is great but please take care of your employees and turn on hbd air conditioner gif them.
