I’m a regular patron for takeaway beers during live racing season. All of the selections are exceptionally crafted by the brewmaster, Elliott S. When I do dine there, the food is always 5/5. Portions are plentiful so bring your appetite or expect to bring some home.
The bar and dining room is tucked away at the west end of the first floor casino so there’s always energy from the slots. An extra special nod to Marie, your hostess, and Mary, the manager…lovely ladies and true professionals!

Ordered the onion soup Xtra cheese
Baked potato order lyonnaise potato’s but canceled because potato was included
Got a wonky ugly plate with 5 pounds of potatoes 6 ounces of edible prime rib
Bland green beans
When I addressed the waitress that no one orders that many potatoes she blamed me and refused to take off bill
Prime was micro thin and tough as a baseball glove
Waitress clueless and entertaining as a bag of rocks
Go to Taco Bell save yourself the 80$

I haven’t been to Del Park restaurant since Legends closed and honestly the server was a nice girl but our order arrived late and my food was cold. The food was good but cold. If it has arrived on timely manner and was hit I’d rate it a high 4 but under the circumstances it was a high 2

We ate here March 8th, 2026 with absolutely nothing but a bad experience. The waitress was rude and lazy with absolutely no personality. We asked the waitress if the fish & chips was fresh fish or a frozen fillet and she gave a nasty reply, “I don’t know what it is, do you think this is a multimillion dollar business?”. The service was slow, couldn’t get a water refill, I ordered a burger cooked medium and it was well done and tasteless, we asked for a box and once she returned, she walked by our table, made no eye contact, tossed the box at the table and kept walking. We then asked for our check with the same treatment as the box, just tossing it on the table and kept walking. We then asked for a manager and shared our experience, she seemed shocked about her multimillion dollar business comment and shared this waitress has previously been warned about this behavior. The manager took my name & phone number promising someone would get back to me about this. Needless to say, I never heard from the High Stakes Brewery or Delaware Park Casino.
