As a cheesesteak connoisseur, I would have never guessed I’d find the best cheesesteak in the food court of a casino. Right after I won at the tables, I decided to treat myself to my favorite food — a normal cheesesteak.
While scanning the menu, I noticed an item off to the right called “The Good Stuff”, priced at a whopping $35. As someone loyal to the classics — Whiz over nicely sliced ribeye — I read the description and instantly thought, no way.
Thirty-five dollars for a cheesesteak topped with a parmesan arugula salad on Wagyu beef? It just felt way too bougie.
But since I had just won, I said screw it — what’s $35?
Little did I know, it was the best thing I’ve ever tried at Ocean. Simply perfect. I could go into detail about how it tasted, but trust me… you need to try this cheesesteak yourself. (Only if you win)
On top of that, the staff was excellent — friendly, quick, and clearly took pride in what they were putting out. That alone made the experience even better.

I really like Cheesesteak steak and really enjoyed my sandwich. Unlike some comments my bread was very fresh. I choose the Philly Philly with seeds and pickles. Didn’t have to wait to long fresh off the grill. Definitely will be back I want to try the cheesesteak egg rolls.

Was there tonight with my family. My order and my brother in laws order was made incorrectly. Even after I told them I am allergic to onions. Waited so long for them to remake them. They took no urgency to make them either. No apologies for making it wrong. Just blank stares from the staff. I went back to my seat, 10 mins go by and only when I walked back up there to see what was going on did they start to make our orders. I stood there to wait and asked them if they could just wrap them up.My brother in law decided he wanted his money back since everyone else was done with their food. I decided to take mine wrapped so I could eat it on my way home. Not only was the women whom I am assuming was the manager on staff rude before and after returning the money. She also decided to talk trash to the girl working the register about him as he walked away and then in Spanish as if I couldn’t understand stand what her and her employees were talking about. She should watch her mouth. I watched the man making some of the orders make multiple mistakes and actually took more then one cheese steaks that was already on bread and put the steak back on the grill to fix the error on someone’s order. He just tossed the bread portion. I would assume that is a health code violation of some sort since the order was returned by someone. I did try my chicken cheese steak (mine was waiting to be wrapped before I witnessed him put an order back on the grill). I had a few bites and it was not worth the wait. The bread was good but the rest was just slop on bread. Next time I want frozen chicken steakums I will just make it correctly at home. Worst experience at a food court. I only put one star so I could leave this review. I would go elsewhere to spend your money. I made the mistake in trying it and now I am sick to my stomach. This place is unsanitary and lacks professionalism. Hopefully this is not food poisoning. My sister also has an upset stomach. She ate 1/2 of hers. Stay clear of this place, spend your money elsewhere.

Not the answer compared to borgata food court not even close dry and not good they should try and toast that bread and put a little oil on it. For the price and no fries included I’ll pass

This place is just hands down rock solid. There’s nothing better then drinking all day in the casino with your boys then stumbling to High Steaks for a Philly smash at 4am. I have dreams about these cheesesteaks.
