I wouldn’t call this a bistro it’s more like a bar but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. A little bit of an identity crisis but they said they’re changing up the menu and going to change some things around. Food was good for the most part. Taryn with a heart was awesome it was pretty dark and more of a bar atmosphere that has a lot of potential. Great music.

Dear High Point Bistro, I am excited and thrilled to continue attending all your weekly events from: Music Bingo Night, Ladies Night, and even Karaoke Night. I wanted to take the time to write a good outstanding review since most of the time people tend to write negative ones.
I must say, my experience has been nothing but warm and welcoming from the minute I walk in the door. The ambiance there is always inviting and comfortable, as well as the food choices, prices and more. I am completely impressed with the professionalism that I have experienced from all the staff week after week.
I plan on having my birthday gathering here next month. Thank you for providing a warm and safe place to attend.

I LOVE High Point Bistro! The atmosphere is amazing. The service is amazing. The music is amazing. When I go out, this is the first place I wanna go. HP Bistro has entertainment all week, great food, and excellent customer service. I feel safe when I am there, the drinks are great and the management listens when/if there are any concerns about anything. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to feel safe and have a great night!!! Keep up the good work High Point Bistro.

I am very skeptical when it comes to new bars, but after having a chance to observe how things are done, this is definitely a very good local spot! Summer is an AMAZING bartender, and the boss lady Marcie is always keeping herself busy by helping out all of the staff. She is always grabbing empty glasses and cups to make the front of house staff’s jobs easier. Not to mention it’s one of the few local joints that are open till 2AM.
Every day has something new to look forward to, good service, good people, amazing bartenders and amazing management. Do yourself a favor and look into High Point Bistro.

The bartender continuously drops and slams empty bottles in the trash bin, it’s VERY loud! and it’s very unpleasant and annoying! It wasn’t even busy! …
His, and the other bartender’s attentiveness was very lackluster aswell. The service is mediocre at best, but ok I suppose. The burger we had ordered was missing most of the toppings for some reason. But, the food we had was pretty good otherwise. They don’t really seem to promote the food much. Seems more like a bar, not a bistro.The atmosphere is very dark inside aswell. It also kinda just feels the same as all the other establishments that have been in this space before. The best feature of this place is the cheap drinks and decent food. Just seems like there might be some issues with their staff? I wish I could give this place a better rating, but it does have some potential.

High Point “Bistro” is more like a tavern/bar than an actual bistro. Walls and lighting were dark and not inviting. Food order was incorrect and service was average. Bartender kept slamming empty bottles into the trash can and the sound was very unpleasant! I asked for my tab and was given a total without a breakdown of the charges. When I asked for one, the bartender looked at me as if it was an inconvenience to give me an itemized receipt but finally received one. Probably won’t be back
Update: As a Local Guide, after reading the response from the owner, not being open to ALL reviews is bad business and I WILL enjoy myself elsewhere!
