Enjoyed take out back to the room from High Note while at Heartsong Resort ordered the Lodge salad and Margarita pizza. Both were delicious! The margarita pizza was made in a brick oven it was nice and crispy. Will definitely order again when we return to Heartsong!

We liked the High Note Restaurant and Bar. We felt the atmosphere is more lounge like than restaurant but they do offer a full menu and comfortable seating, both inside and outside. The food is good especially as a quick snack. The service personnel were all friendly though a they seemed just a bit rushed.

We stay at Dollywood quite a bit. Lu and Nicole work at the high note as servers. They are always wonderful! No matter how hectic, they are always nice, easy going and lovely. They food is served hot, and wonderful tasting! The drinks are well crafted. If you have the chance to eat there , you will not be disappointed in the food or the people! Always a pleasure.

I was a party of 3 with my daughter and granddaughter for dinner. We had a wonderful Cobb salad and my granddaughter had a. Cheeseburger. The food was amazing and our server was Nicole who was so friendly and amazing also. We will surely be back for a return visit.

If I see a place with bad reviews, but not very many, I try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this one lived up the poor reviews. The food was fine – it was a little overpriced but to be expected for resort food – and the drinks were good and well-priced. The service is where you lost me. I understand this isn’t disney world, but the experience here was not up to par with Dollywood and the type of environment you expect. Service was very slow and spotty and they just seemed very understaffed and overwhelmed. Our drinks came quickly, but our food seemed to have been forgotten about. I think the resort needs to either have more staff available or re-think the system here. It has good potential, but it just wasn’t there.
