OHHH YESSS! This was an amazing find. Something new, different, and culturally diverse. We ordered the Himalayan Fries, Moma dumplings, and the Shaptra beef. Everything was fantastic. Flavor bombs in every bite! The table has chile sauce if you want an extra kick. It did take a while to come out but we were here at peak dinner time. Definitely recommend, we’d come back!

My family and I had a wonderful experience while driving through sisters to grab lunch. We normally don’t eat ethnic food, but my goodness we will definitely be going back! The dumplings were phenomenal, edamame was by far my favorite and my little picky eaters had options they loved!!

We will definitely be back!!!! ❤️

Well I must say this place is a hidden gem of Sisters! This was the BEST resturant in town in my opinion. If you’re looking for something different than the usual routine, do yourself a favor and do not pass up the opportunity to eat here. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. – I chatted with the owner (Nerbu Sherpa) who is originaling from Nepal. He said he really enjoys having the privilege of serving folks great food. He also explained that this type of the food is a mixture of Chinese and Napel but less spicy than Chinese. There are lots of choices if you’re vegan, vegetarian, or plant based. We had the Vegetable Samosa for an appetizer, and 2 of the main Course’s. They were the Chau Chau and the Sabazi Bhat. Every item was Delicious! It was cooked with a blend spices that does not over power your taste buds and brings out the true flavor of the food. We ate in the evening about 7pm and a fellow named County greeted us as we came in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the different dishes they offer. We will definitely make a mental note to visit this place again in the future. I also need to mention that he has various items for sale that are hand made from Napal. The cashmere hats are wonderful and very warm. Nerbu also told me that all the proceeds goes to the handicapped folks in Nepal. He also sends part of the proceeds from his restaurant to a boys and girls school located in Nepal as well. – Thank you, Nerbu for the great food and sharing part of your life story with me!

We first visited High Camp back in 2022 when they had just opened, and that experience was fantastic. Since moving out of Oregon, we haven’t been able to make it back as often as we’d like, but I’ve never forgotten that first visit — meeting the owner, falling in love with their hot seasoning spice (which they gifted me to take home!), and becoming obsessed with the homemade chili oil.

Last night (11/20/25), we finally returned, and I’m happy to say the food is still just as wonderful. The flavors were exactly as we remembered. Our favorites this time were the Shapta and the Chau Chau — both absolutely delicious.

We ordered and shared everything family-style:
• Momos – handmade dumplings
• Shapta – beef dish
• Chau Chau – noodle dish
• Masu Bhat – chicken curry
Most dishes came with a small side salad and jasmine rice.

The ordering process is casual and easy: place your order at the counter, grab a table, and they’ll buzz you when the food is ready. The staff then brings everything right to your table.
The ambience is warm, inviting, and cozy. Even though it was 32° outside, they still had a wood fire going, which made for such a pretty and welcoming touch.

High Camp continues to be a gem in Sisters — absolutely worth the visit every time.

This place was so delicious and special! We ordered a bunch of meals and ate family style at a wooden table with cozy chairs… felt like a delicious meal in a cozy living room with a fun environment. My chair had wheels which I loved as someone who fidgets! Everything was delicious and special… and Guy Fieri was right that these are the best dumplings ever! Don’t sleep on the kids menu cheesy udon though! Lots of love!

Would give 6/5 stars if I could. The service was wonderful, food was amazing, and vibes were impeccable!! We sat at a table with the comfiest chairs ever! Right by the fire place too. I was in a group and decided to eat family style – this was definitely the way to go. They even had a shelf with extra plates which made this really easy. We got the cheesy udon noodles (yes, from the kids menu), naan with lentil soup, momo dumplings, curry, and drunkin noodles. The chef came out and cleared our plates which was so sweet. Shout out to our server as well who was fantastic.

We stopped by 40 minutes before opening when passing through town. The staff were welcoming and offered options to accommodate our travel schedule.

They shared their story of helping to educate children in Nepal which really touched my heart. They also shared their story of Guy Fiery and his show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives coming to their restaurant.

We had their dumplings and salad which were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Thank you High Camp Restaurant and Taphouse.

Staff were friendly but I was a little disappointed with the food. The side salad was just a premade mix and looked wilted. Dumplings were ok. They have a great list of on tap beers and cidars.
