Our waiter Mathew was top notch, he was extremely helpful, happy and efficient. We loved the food and attached photos. The atmosphere on the patio was laid back with a nice breeze. Excellent meal, highly recommended.

Stopped in on our last night in the area, pleasantly surprised. We called and made a reservation, although I think we could’ve squeezed in if we hadn’t. It’s a more laid-back atmosphere, like a supper club almost. We had the she crab soup and the catch of the day. The she crab soup was stellar, not only the best of the kind but the best soup I’ve ever had in general. Our server, Brendan, was responsive and very friendly. He made sure to get us a few extra biscuits after overhearing me gush about how delicious they were! Definitely recommend and would stop again.

Best seafood I’ve had in a long time I just wish it would have been at least warm when I got it. Awesome tables too I liked the atmosphere. It’s a little pricy but definitely worth it!

Great local place. Enjoyed hot crab dip and shrimp cocktail. Family ate grouper, Swordfish, and scallops. Scallops were broiled when menue called for grilled and seasoned a bit too salty. Everything else was good. Collards sweet, slaw not. Veg of the day good. Lots of GF on menue. Great family history story to this place and beer selection nice.

Was served by a friendly staff that suggested the delicious pick two plate, I got the fried Oysters and Clam strips. Both were lightly battered and fried to perfection. The veggie of the day was their flash fried brussle sprouts. This place is a must go if you’re in the area

Second time here and it did not disappoint! Great food and even better service from a lovely lady named Kelly. Our daughter enjoyed the she crab soup with collards, she was a huge fan of the soup though my husband was not. He felt there was too strong of maybe a sherry flavor? But that’s tastes/opinions for you! He enjoyed the fried shrimp platter and I enjoyed the grilled scallops plate with a salad and their grits with lobster cream sauce. The grits and sauce were delicious and the scallops were perfectly cooked, no tough or chewy pieces at all! The menu is large and varied enough for most everyone to find something to enjoy, we will return to this restaurant on any future visits to Wilmington.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this restaurant while visiting Wilmington. The food from appetizers to entree were hot and delicious. Our server was very attentive and since it was a colder day he turnt the outdoor heaters on for us. We had traveled with our puppy and were able to bring him with us on the patio area to enjoy our lunch.

We had great service and a decent meal here. The outdoor seating was nice – covered and protected us from the rain while cooling us off with fans. For food, the cheese biscuits were buttery and delicious. The crab dip had some shells in it but tasted pretty good. The seasoning on the fried dishes was quite bland and lacked any salt or flavor, though it was fried well. I’d come back and try again though. The meal was great otherwise!
