Hideout Waikiki is one of my favorite chill spots in Waikiki. Location inside Laylow hotel is very convenient. Staff is friendly but not over, relaxed Hawaii style. Food quality is better than I expect, good balance of healthy and comfort. Drinks also nice. Room / space design is stylish, open air feeling, good music. vibe is cool, not loud club, but social and easy. 夕方から夜が特に気持ちいい。 Hideout Waikiki is perfect for casual dinner or drink.

The best!! 5 years later and still as good as it was when we first tried it. The Brussel sprouts with the pork belly is so good! Try the burger on the happy hour menu! Super good as well. Mai tai is not bad either:)

Absolute best happy hour spot! We went at 3:15 pm on a Saturday and got a great table right away! The fries, club sandwich and egg roles were delicious. You could tell that dinner service was going to be packed but the wait staff was very accommodating & never rushed us to finish. You pay a little more than normal considering it’s a hotel property but I see why the reviews are so good!!

We had a wonderful lunch at Hideout. The views of the city were great, we loved the appetizers, and it was fairly easy to find. We recommend the wontons and fries. Both were excellent. There’s bar, outdoor, and indoor seating too.

Great food & drinks! Luce music is very good! A little too noisy with LOTS of noisy customers. Atmosphere is superb! We were thrilled until they sat a table of 12 next to us, half of them are vaping & not caring about the rest of us around them. Time to go. I’d recommend if you’re not bothered by noise & big groups of thoughtless patrons who think they own the hotel.

This place is amazing atmosphere beautiful roof top view ( don’t worry if rains they will give you a umbrella) floor is amazing. The pictures should get up here will last a lifetime cocktails are pretty solid. Price is fair aren’t cheap but very therapy looking for a nice night out

Walked in with my friends and there were no available tables, so we were offered seats by the fireplace area — and honestly, we ended up liking it. It was a chilly evening, and the fireplace made everything feel warm and cozy.
The signature drinks were delicious — especially For Da Boys, which felt like a fun twist on a Manhattan with coffee and chocolate notes, leaning on the sweeter side. The hibiscus cocktail was also really good. We also had a couple of New York Sours — great presentation and properly made. Shoutout to the bar team!
Food-wise, the shrimp dumplings and ahi tacos were amazing. The Caesar salad had some nice crunchy, nutty notes — definitely not your basic Caesar. Steak and burger were okay, nothing special, but the chocolate bread pudding totally made up for it. Loved the hot and cold combo — really satisfying.
Wish I remembered our server’s name, but the service was great — smooth, attentive, and really helpful. Just good vibes all around.

Alvin was a wonderful server, he was so friendly and attentive. We went for happy hour and got the burger, poke tacos, Brussels sprouts (omg amazing), and the egg rolls. Perfect spot for happy hour food. Cool environment and decently priced. We will be back next time we are on O’ahu.

Went out in the afternoon for happy hour. The prices weren’t so happy, but the food was absolutely good! My friends and I shared tacos, egg rolls, dumplings, and fried chicken. We all really liked it. The crew was really nice too. 10/10 afternoon.

I was a little nervous when we got there and I saw the menu. Thinking no one would find anything they like besides a hamburger not no one wanted that at a nicer restaurant. My husband is a meat and potato guy with spice. He talked to the waiter and the waiter suggested what he would like and he was spot on with Kuhio bowl. My kids shared the Thai noodles and chicken and I did the crispy pork belly. Everything tasted really good. The only complaint was how slow the service was. Waiter was great but overwhelmed. Just plan on 20-25 minutes for each drink so order about halfway through your drink.
