The different size pizzas to share/personal or one side different from the another allowing you to split it and share, and to try different flavors yet stilling keeping your favorite as an option. The fried pickles and mushrooms are amazing snacks while waiting for the food which does sometimes take a few minutes, but that’s normal which allows your group to catch up. While known as a pizza joint, they still have other options like sandwiches, Pasta and salads!
Well over dozen starter foods like before fried pickles and mushrooms, I also recommend they’re garlic knots which are nice.
My family ordered a few varieties and we all didn’t have a single problem. The staff as usual were incredibly helpful/nice and on point with refills and checking up on us from time to time.
The restaurant includes many different seating areas like in more private corners, middle of the restaurant and near windows. The place also has a bar for those looking for such. Restrooms weren’t hard to find thanks to the top sign, and bathrooms were in my opinion luxury with clean bathrooms and color tiles along with motion sensor soap dispensers and sinks, Tvs are also throughout the building playing different channels for those who like to enjoy the media.
Parking can sometimes be tricky as it’s in a popular location depending on the time of day and day itself, as there are other food joints near by, allowing other members of the group who want something different, and other businesses next door to visit before&after the meal.
Depending on the time of day the restaurant can be a tad noisy as it’s a popular place with other families catching up, friends having a good time and the dishes in the backroom being cleaned along with the tvs playing. While personally I don’t mind the semi constant noise, some may overstimulating or annoying to talk over, but don’t hesitate to ask the staff if you can have a more quiet seating area.
Overall great restaurant service, looks, food, location wise, Parking not bad
Don’t forget depending on the drink, you get to keep the collectable cups!
Hideaway doesn’t seem to have any of that. It was very disorganized, there doesn’t seem to be any way of notifying staff that you’ve arrived once you’re there, so you need to just wait for them to see you, which then they’ll ask the name of your order. I only got someone’s attention when I mistakenly rolled my window down thinking they were coming to my car, but they were going to a different car that was not parked in a curbside space.
The staff member that got my name was very pleasant given the chaotic circumstances (it was VERY busy in the parking lot). They took my name and went inside, and I saw a couple other staff members come outside with what looked like my order, but they seemed very confused and went to a couple other cars before just standing out in front of the store and looking perplexed. At this point I decided to just get out of my car and walk across the street in the parking lot to ask them if that was my order – my assumption was correct and they gave me my order. I wonder what would have happened if I had just waited in my car for them to find me instead of taking the initiative and getting out of my car and walking to them.
Overall the food was amazing and the staff members were very pleasant for the situations they were in. I don’t blame any of the staff for my experience, it’s the system they’re working with. Curbside NEEDS some type of identifier for peoples’ vehicles if they want curbside to actually work. As it is now, I’m just going to walk in the restaurant to get my carry-out to avoid the potential frustrations.
