I had a party there and the promoters with this bar did not communicate well with me. I wasn’t under the impression of certain obligations. The manager was very polite and handled the situation professionally. I just personally wouldn’t throw a party there again.

Nice and relaxing new spot to hang out on a weekday. Happy hour specials and service was great. The owner of the club is a very dedicated community oriented person, whom it was a pleasure to meet. I didn’t bless them with my karaoke this time, lol!

I’ve visited Hideaway a few times, only on Fridays. Very spacious, nice vibe, cool DJ and good food. My server Lynn, is the absolute best. I always look for her, so I can sit in her section. She’s very attentive, friendly, and provides quick service with a smile.

Drink selection is limited & absurdly priced.
Mediocre mixed/signature spirits.
Floor plan is ridiculous for happy hour and day parties. Shouldn’t have to debate with patrons that “save” seats at bar, when a paying customer is present or having to pay premium price for a booth to partake in happy hour. Speed of service depends on if social media is poppin. Good luck getting a drink or menu, when everyone is on their phone.

I had the opportunity to celebrate my Birthday on April 4th. I must say I was very impressed. The live band on Fridays is amazing. The food was amazing. Everyone in my party who ordered food was amazed at not only the presentation but the portions and how good it taste was top notched. I didn’t expect that but you won’t regret the food. The Dj was great and had everyone in the place singing and dancing. The atmosphere was a whole vibe I ended up staying until they close, which I typically don’t do. But I had GREAT time. I will definitely be back. Management was also very accommodating and professional, which made my birthday celebration well worth it..

I’ve been twice now on a Friday night and had a great time both times! Free on Fridays and a live band with singer. After the live band the DJ comes on. Food is good. Drinks small and weak for the price, but I guess they gotta make their money somehow. I’m happy they are in Southfield. Good replacement and upgrade from the shut down Duos. Good music, good vibes and grown folks. Very spacious, which I love and a pat down at the door, that I’m good with.

The lighting in here is horrible. Ordered food ( 2egg rolls,salad and wings) after a hour or so wait we canceled (this is my 2nd time coming here and not being able to eat). If you trying to eat after 8p good luck

Hideaways is new but the vibes were so nice. The crowd is mature, the food was good, and drinks were good. My waitress Shamar was really good. We had a large party and she moved fast, made sure everything was hot and drinks were good. We would come back
