Good food and great customer service! The staff were friendly and accommodating with our requests. The vibe is just as colorful as it feels, and the variety of food on the menu makes the restaurant even more likable. We also ordered Thai milk tea and Vietnamese iced coffee – both excellent (the coffee kept me awake through my night shift, lol). The beef pho is sooo good! We’ll definitely come back to try more options on the menu.

The place is nice especially the ambiance. The staff are very nice and they accommodate us very well. However the food not so much. Beef Pho tastes kinda bland. Vietnamese Coffee too sweet. however, had an unsatisfactory experience dining here. we waited almost an hour for a Banh Mi order which turns out, the staff was not able to include the order even if it was clearly stated. staff also did not repeat the orders which could have avoided the inconvenience.
when Banh Mi finally arrived, it had mayonnaise and no leafy greens, which is unusual for the sandwich. Thai red curry is comparable to Bicol express, did not really taste like curry at all.

We ordered the beef pho and padthai, the beef pho was bland and the padthai was not padthai at all not even remotely similiar in taste it also had a pungent smell. After a few houds eating here i got diarrhea which is uncommon to me. The service was alright and the staffs were nice.

I was expecting a stronger tamarind flavor, but it was barely noticeable. As someone who loves sour foods, I found the wings to be less tangy than I had hoped for. The texture of the wings was good. I can’t help but wonder how much better they could be with more tamarind sauce.

As a fan of mango sticky rice, I found this dish satisfying. The coconut milk could have been a bit sweeter, but overall it was enjoyable. I’d definitely go for another plate!

In my more than 10 years living in Vietnam, easily I can taste the authenticity of Vietnam food. Here is my feedback on my recent visit:
– Pho (Beef and Chicken) – does not taste near to a cheapest pho you can buy in Vietnam. The soup is bland, noodle is soggy and easily broken, no fresh basil…. etc. Good point, serving size is very good. Overall, this dish need improvement to sarisfy customers. My son said, this is the first time he felt full after eating but not satified.
I hope, the franchiser will have proper Vietnam food critic or at least someone who can improve the taste of every dish in order for the restaurant to come out in the open and not just stay “hidden” :).
