I love this place! Disco balls and all around great vibes when you walk inside. The staff and people are all so friendly and welcoming. I recently went for a drag brunch with a group of friends and we had the best time! I love checking out the new pop up themed bar that’s rotated out in the back area. Taylor Swift bar?! Yes please.

Went to the new holiday bar in their backroom this week and it was so fun!! It literally felt like I was inside an ornament with all the lights and decor. Highly recommend the dessert drink flight, soooo yummy! Also tried the fancy hot dog and I think I’ve been eating hot dogs wrong my entire life, it was so good! Also my server Jessie was the sweetest and so attentive! I’ll definitely be back 🙂

I was excited to come here with my friend who had never been here before. We were there to celebrate a Galentines day out. I have been coming to Hidden Gem since it opened and I knew she would dig the vibe. As soon as we walked in, she was super excited. Loved the atmosphere. But when we sat down to order drinks at the bar, we were waiting for over 15 min and actually had to call the bartender over and she looked annoyed that we were asking her to take our order. Like she was avoiding us? Mind you, this was 5:30 in the evening. It was not busy yet. There were only 4-6 other people sitting at the bar. We sat, chatted, finished our drinks and wanted another round. The bartender did not come back. She stayed at the other end of the bar, chatting with people she clearly knew. We finally got her attention after sitting with empty drinks for over 20 min. She rolled her eyes, and was extremely curt with her “YUP” after we asked for another round. I was embarassed. I wanted my friend to have a fun experience and this server was a total brat for NO REASON. It didn’t ruin our experience but it def sucks having crappy, unwelcoming service. We were both in the service industry. We get it. We are polite and tip well. We love supporting small business but having unfriendly staff will make me reconsider coming here next time.

I went on a Saturday in January when there was supposed to be a DJ. She might have been new to doing it, but the music wasn’t loud enough for how big the crowd was, plus I expected people to be out dancing more. Music choice could’ve been better too. The drinks also need more variety in flavor and to not all be made with soda. It’s good for college students but not really friendly for anyone who is older. The decor was really cool though. l think it needs some older people working there or someone who knows how to interact in this kind of environment better. I like what this place stands for, I did feel safe there.

Amazing space for a girls night out! Stopped in on a Tuesday night after an event in the area. They were having karaoke and there was a small crowd. We ordered a disco bucket and were sad to find out they don’t offer it with rum as the menu says but were able to get vodka instead. It was a blue coconut flavored drink and definitely big enough to share!! Only complaint was that it was mostly ice so definitely good to drink over time to give the ice time to melt as we drank ours quickly and were left with a large cup of ice leftover. The vibes in the bar are wonderful and inviting and we enjoyed everything from the friendly staff to the karaoke singers and the pink and neon vibes! Will definitely have to come back on a weekend when it’s more of a party but enjoyed the low key vibes on the weeknight

I’m not sure if this was because I was a male but my friend and I were talking to 2 ladies sitting at a table and the server proceeded to pressure me to buy the ladies shots and said it was one of their birthday which I suspect that was a lie. She kept up the pressure until I said yes and the bill ended up being over $100 with the shots probably being half of that.
Terrible experience and I hope they do better. I do have to say I did like the bar tender at the front who was amazing.

Wish I could give 10 stars to the vibes. Came for happy hour 2x in a row. Literally… Thursday, then Friday. They don’t miss on the drinks! Jesse is my soul sister! But then, I came and met Caitlin and David. They are all TENSSS. Did I find my cheers bar? Absolutely. Come see them!

Drinks were good, music was on point. Atmosphere was great. Sad thing is that the “food” served was incredibly overpriced microwave snacks. Hot dogs, pizza rolls, chicken nuggets; the pizza rolls weren’t bad but the $8 5pc chicken nuggets were disgusting, unflavored chicken with breadding. Go to any retailer and get frozen chicken nuggets and put them in your microwave and it’d be better than what they had. Ended up ordering a pizza from Papa John’s instead and that pizza hit 10/10.
