Loved it. I had the veggie eggs Benedict and a green juice. The eggs were poached perfectly to my specifications and the homemade hollandaise was rich, buttery and lemony. The green juice wasn’t overly sweet like many I’ve had, just the right amount of sweetness and vegetal flavor. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Can’t wait to go back for lunch and try the Bobotie.

This is a hidden gem. We loved the breakfast. Finally, a hot, well seasoned breakfast in Moab. The cuisine was so good and we can’t wait to try their South African cuisine for lunch. Service was excellent and atmosphere was cozy.

My sister and I were surprised to find this place. It was an unassuming building but the people working there were so nice and the food was AMAZING! I highly suggest the breakfast crepe and the dessert crepe.

Hidden Cuisine is a hidden gem! It was delicious to the last bite! We had the Hidden Scramble Crepes, Three Pigs Omelette and Chef’s Crepes (sweet, asked for no powdered sugar on top) to go. Coffee and green juice was good too.

As you drive up and park, this restaurant seems quite unassuming. However, the service was outstanding and the food amazing!! I had the Philly steak sandwich and fries and it was the best I’d ever had! And I am not exaggerating! My brother-in-law enjoyed his Three Little pigs omelette very much, too! You are anywhere near Moab and get hungry, get right over to the Hidden Cuisine, you won’t regret it.

We got The Booster and Super Green fresh juices and you could hear them juicing them fresh in the back. They were delicious.
Then, for our meal, we got the Hidden Scramble Crepes and Avocado Toast. Both were incredible; we devoured them.
Highly recommend this cute little spot! We might come back tomorrow and check out the South African Lunch Specials.

Absolutely delicious food and excellent service!
Our family of 4 stopped by Hidden Cuisine for breakfast in Aug 2024 while staying in Moab. The restaurant is located outside of Moab downtown but it turned out to be a true hidden gem! Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and just perfect! Presentation was also beautiful and aesthetic. We also got a freshly squeezed juice and super friendly quick service! With all that the prices were very reasonable. When we left we wished we could come back for lunch and another breakfast, but sadly it wasn’t possible with our trip schedule.
Thank you Hidden Cuisine for delicious meal setting the mood for the day ahead!
We highly recommend Hidden Cuisine restaurant! It’s well worth driving extra few min from Moab downtown.
