Give the Lincoln location a few months before going and see if they can get their act together. We’ve been here for 2 hours and we are still waiting for food to come. As are most people here. Also ran out of most of their menu items by 7 so everyone had to change their orders. Again, give it some time. Wait staff is nice, and trying their best, but it’s still inexcusable in my opinion.

Food was very bland. I’ve eaten BBQ all over the country and this stuff was smoked OK; just boring. The sauces tasted like they came out of a dollar store.
My brisket sandwich had cold spots in the meat, like it had done time in a microwave. Pulled chicken was not dried out which is saying something.
Fries were limp and unsalted, and my wife’s potato salad was “the most tasteless she had eaten”.
Service was good and friendly, my complements to our server.

The waiter was very inattentive and it took them 10 minutes to notice us and get us drinks. The sandwich I ordered took at least 45 minutes but it was actually good. Then we had to hunt down the waiter for our bill. It was like we didn’t exist to him unless we yelled for him.

This place is so good! We are up here from Kansas City and I have to say it’s better than a lot of places in KC. We had the kitchen sink nachos, ribs, and sausage. All so so good. We will be back

LOVE this place…we travel 35 minutes to eat there as often as we can!!! My favorite is the smoked ham sandwich and their breadsticks…atmosphere is a bonus!

Sat at the bar and ordered our food service was horrible couldn’t get drinks. Waited over an hour for out food when we asked about it were told the order was never put in. The staff didn’t seem to upset about it.
