I visited Hickory Nutrition a couple weeks back. The lovely Kayla made me a a Maple Pecan Pie shake (I think that’s the name) and I’ve been OBSESSED so I’ve started ordering the shake mix to make at home. I made my order Friday morning and it was delivered on Sunday!!
Not only are the shakes and teas PHENOMENAL, but the vibe and space is exceptional as well.

Hickory Nutrition has been apart of my life for 3 years. They not only have the best teas and shakes, they have the best owners. People who truly support you. The workers always put their best foot forward and offer exceptional customer service. My 5-star rating is not enough. I would put 10 if I could. Furthermore, they take online orders, AMAZING! Please be mindful that when you go in, if they have someone who placed an online order, they will prepare that in a timely manner. They truly VALUE each individual and each interaction is important. Remember patience and kindness in small businesses. If anyone can speak to hickory nutrition, it is me. Take my word, you won’t regret it! Please do not let any negativity from one interaction misguide your judgement when you are looking for a healthy lifestyle and community!

It was my first time going there the other day and it was just positive vibes as soon as I walked in! Only the owner was there since it was 30 minutes before closing and we had the best conversation! So glad I choose to go there before heading to my night shift at work. Definitely friendly owners and i’m sure staff as well. My tea was great and a good price for such a big portion! Will definitely be back again soon!!!

I literally never post reviews good or bad online but I legit signed into my google account after idk how many years just to post this review. The sweet ladies working today not only created my drink just based on what I was craving and made it absolutely delicious; but made it such a fun and unique experience as well. I truly felt like a friend rather than a customer. 10/10 highly recommend this place!

I Can’t begin to explain how amazing this new smoothie place is! As soon as you walk in it’s filled with amazing aromas that just make you smile, the staff are so kind! And really friendly! I would 100 percent recommend everyone in hickory to try it. I’m so happy that we finally have somewhere that is welcoming and healthy! Like I said I would 100 percent recommend!

Honeslty I was a little skeptical coming in like “just another smoothie place” but the atmosphere, the vibe, the genuine care for people to get together and do better and be better is where it’s at! You feel like family not like another $$. Its a nice relaxing clean establishment with friendly people. I feel like that’s hard to locate after covid. ❤️

We enjoy this place so very much. It is very clean! The staff are not only friendly, but very helpful! They have taken my teenage son under their wing and the know him! I appreciate that so much!
