Had a lovely Valentine’s dinner at the Hickory House. Nancy was very nice and took great care of us. Food was really good. They’re known for their steaks and ribs! Truly a gem in Reynoldsburg.

We attended an event held here, both Nancy and Falon were AMAZING. Everyone was complimenting their service, they were so helpful, sweet, and kind. It’s been a few years since we’ve been to the Hickory House so we decided to give it a try for a pre Thanksgiving dinner with an old neighbor. Our server Nancy was excellent and even surprised us with some homemade fudge after our meal! Everyone’s food was delicious and my wife’s steak was cooked to perfection. No complaints about anything and a good time was had. We will definitely be back

The food here is to die for. Is it an exaggeration to say I want this to be my last meal? Mark, our server, was amazing. It was a busy Saturday night and we waited about an hour (worth it) and he knew we were HUNGRY. He brought us our food super quick and was so friendly. 🙂 We will be back again and again and again.

If I broke my ribs and my mother said, “Oh, Jeffrey, I feel so bad. We’ll go wherever you want.” I’d say: let’s go to Hickory House and get some ribs. Enough said.
I will say, as rib man myself, it ranks second on my personal list. I would put their ribs into a holiday calender that is food-themed, because the appearance to the eye was just as pleasing as the taste to the tongue.
The atmosphere is very nice in here, too. Spacious, actually. Service was wonderful. I love the wooden interior. Gets my approval.

The Hickory House had excellent bbq ribs and sides. The ribs were tender and moist. The salads that our group ate had a variety of delicious dressings on them. All of the dressings were tasty. We all chose loaded baked potatoes and they were large with plenty of bacon, cheese, sour cream and butter. The staff was friendly and helpful. Refills were provided quickly and without request. The building is older and dimly lit but was clean and uncluttered.

Absolutely wonderful! We would eat here again. The restaurant environment is so homey feeling. We loved the Christmas decorations. The haddock, home fries, french fries, coleslaw (sweet), RIBS, pulled pork sandwich, french onion soup, Mac and cheese, and corn nuggets were all incredible! They’ve got these recipes down, and maybe a little salt and pepper here and there. Our server was so sweet and did a great job dealing with all of us!
