Lovely new spot in St Anthony, went for their ribs combo which came with a side of coleslaw and fries, and definitely loved it. Food wait tomes were very short, which is also definitely another bonus for me. Would definitely be back to try other menu items.

Best wings in the twin cities. The only place I have had that compare with these is the Slick Pig in Tennessee. The buffalo sauce was great and the “hot sauce” bbq sauce was was even better.

Checked out Hickory Hog for a late lunch today. I got the mac and cheese bowl with brisket and my husband got the brisket sandwich with fries. Overall we were pretty impressed, with a few minor quibbles, but we thought the food was tasty and the prices were good. I thought the food was pretty solid, and I’m happy to have a decent BBQ joint 5 minutes away from our house!

I ordered take out and I expect the food to maybe not be so hot temperature wise but it was cold. The rib tips looked to be old and reheated and the pulled pork was dry and very bland. The coleslaw was basic.

Ribs were off the bone tender (not dry!), brisket: full thumbs up; chicken tenders, hot and crispy! The fries are sooo great! Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. The sauces are fairly standard-nothing outstanding, but the mango habenero has fantastic sweet with a kick flavor. And…..minnesoda sodas! Food came fast, and is delivered to your table. Dining room is clean with sanitized tables, small patio area if ya wanna hang out for some good eats and a few beers.
