First this place is NOT cheap. For 2 people, my order was $40. 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, 1 large drink. The food was good, but I’m not sure $20/person good. Onion rings were homemade. I was just shocked at the price. A $10 burger (does not include fries or drink) should not be charged extra for lettuce and tomato, seems excessive IMO. I removed 2 stars for service as they double charged for the lettuce and tomato.

For some reason the HiBoy burgers taste better at the 291 & Gugell location and the Blue Ridge location. The 24Hwy location needs to step it up, on the flavor of the HiBoy burgers and the warmth. They taste bland and room temperature at the 24Hwy location. But they have a great Strawberry Sundae and nice dining area. Very clean at both Dine-In locations!

We wanted to eat somewhere that we didn’t have in our home area and we love cheeseburgers. We just happened to see the sign while we were driving by so turned around and decided to try it. I had the tenderloin and my husband had a double cheeseburger. Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious. Definitely would recommend eating there if your in the area and wanting a cheeseburger

First of all $61 for fast food for 3 adulls and a toddler is insane!! When I was told the price my reaction was WHAT! My son and I had the tenderloin. Since it was our first time here I wasn’t familiar with the sauce. Way too ketchupy for me, it made the bun super soggy and it fell apart. My husband had the HiBoy burger and said it was good. Both he and my son enjoyed the stuffed spuds. My son said the fried pickles were good as well. The baby had the kids hamburger meal. I think there were more onions than meat on her burger. The chocolate shake was good but over $5 for a small sized cup. Everything is individually priced, no meals so everything is extra. Been there, done that, won’t do it again.

The onion rings we received were over done in old grease and horrible. I love well done onion rings but you can tell the grease was old.My chicken sandwich was gross and the lettuce wasn’t fresh.

We used to really love the burgers here! However, the quality seems to have gone downhill significantly. We don’t eat out much, so we’ve only come here a couple times in the past year, and both experiences were not great. From receiving incorrect orders and food, to our most recent experience of receiving a raw, undercooked burger for our child. We could not let our child eat it because of how undercooked it was. We did receive a refund for the burger. But customer service did not seem overly concerned that they’d sent out poor quality food.

The burger we got were the 1/2 and 1/4 HiBoy burger and honestly the patties were plain and didn’t had any seasoning. The fries were okay. I honestly love the sonic-like ice cube Coca Cola drink only.
