Recently tried this restaurant and it exceeded all my expectations The atmosphere here is clean yet cozy, perfect vibe for lunch out on a weekend! Service was impressively fast and very friendly, our food came out in no time and was all beautifully presented. Everything tasted amazing, quality of the salmon used was delicious and fresh. We also ordered ramen which was slurped up in seconds
Overall wonderful experience, I’ll be back for sure!

Was optimistic coming in this restaurant. Food is served and the rice on the tonkatsu disappoints. It’s not japanese rice. The maki set is full or rice with tiny cut of salmon. Overall experience is not good for me.

Overall, the food tasted like it was made by a chef who was recreating sushi from pictures, without ever having tasted it.

The rice wasn’t seasoned at all (at least go upstairs to the Woolies to buy sushi vinegar in the Asian food aisle). The “wasabi” was completely bland (my wife had to grab a packet of the “wasabi flavoured paste” that they give takeaway customers).

After dinner, my wife commented that the takeaway sushi franchises at food courts sold better sushi than this place, and I completely agree.

Lovely. Second time coming here and very impressed by the freshness and fast service as well as sizes, haven’t had any drama with ordering and no mistakes. Good indoor and outdoor seating as well as top bar seating, can get a little busy but never much if any wait time to order. You can choose table service or ordering at the counter. Very fresh, very pleased I found a place that does good sashimi.

Quality food, starting from Tiger Roll.. freshly made, the chicken filling is crispy and hot.
Spicy pork belly ramen is yummy.. soup is rich and tasty. We enjoyed all the food we ordered.
It’s definitely worth coming back.

Just need to bring your patience, all the dishes are freshly prepared and cooked.. will need a bit of time to bring your order out.

Whomever has given less than 5 star to this place please let me know where you are finding better Japanese food in the area from Windsor to Baulkham hills. Please! I’m not sure what you’re ordering but whatever I’ve had here has been worth 5 stars. I’ve brought several people to dine here and they all agree. The best in the area.

Definitely the best Japanese food in the hills area. You can tell that they take their time to really make the ramen broth and soup base. It’s clean yet flavourful. Highly recommend the pork belly ramen.

The staff are always so pleasant and friendly. It doesn’t have a huge amount of seating but that’s what makes the restaurant so comfortable.

this restaurant is a joke. If you wanna wait for your food more than an hour. This is the place you can come. Charge an arm and leg and you finish your food in 3 bites.
New Edit: to the owner, if you keep working like that, you not gonna be busy anymore, I try to support the local business, but you not gonna get my support anymore, at least I heard from so many people in this area said choose not come back your shop, slow, bad service, expensive and small portion. Busy is not a excuse to delay a paying customer food for more than an hour, if you know Friday busy then you need to prep more and put more staffs, apprently you wanna save money. And sorry, the food taste really bad. Be watch about your attidue when you reply to me.

Amazing beef with hot spring egg ramen! Love the spoon which holds a lot of broth. Quick service! Will be back to try other menu items. Highly recommend!

¡Hoyuu!
This restaurant changed so much. It used to be so great. Now they charge freaking $20 for a few seaweed packets with avocado on it? Are you serious? I know I’m exaggerating but I swear this restaurant had the biggest downfall. Probably because if the change of owners. Rip offs service is worse than Ryanair.
