A nice restaurant with good large menu. The must try “Mongolian chicken tenders” wasn’t that good or a must try. The rest of the food was good, and the drinks were ok with not much alcohol! The service was nice and the outdoor area was fun.

We are longtime Scituate natives and live just down the street in the harbor. Went on 8/27 for a quick bite at 8:45.The chowder you could stand the spoon up in with a ton of flour. I joked we must’ve gotten the bottom of the pot and she said very currently that they make the chowder as required, and there wasn’t a pot. My hotdog was cold with a spicy relish – not very appetizing.

The young lady who wascbartender really couldn’t care about us being unhappy and slapped the credit card folder on the counter and walked away without saying thank you.

We would return on a regular basis, but this is not food or behavior that would cause us to do so. Will give it another try

Once I discovered this place, we started going every Sunday for lunch to hear the live music. The food is great. The menu is not huge, but I have tried several things and they’ve all been good. I’ve gone alone, I’ve gone with friends. Always have a good time. The music is Sunday 12 to 3. Sometimes Irish folk, sometimes regular folk, sometimes reggae – small group acoustic. I love it.

Ordered lobster grilled cheese, clam chowder and a falafel wrap… the wrap was delicious…the grilled cheese.. not so much. It was 2 pieces of toast with unmelted cheese, some sort of meat they claim is lobster, and what looked like corn… tasted terrible.. not anywhere near worth the money. It was a $30 sandwich… i was expecting a bulging sandwich filled with lobster, what i got was something you’d get at your local hole-in-the-wall bar… not at an upscale tavern.

Ordered Shepard’s got these oddities added to the dish after they had to check if there was any more left. Not worth the 24 $ price after these odd fillers.

Sweet little spot in downtown Scituate. We are out of counters who visit family regularly. They have something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian. It’s always our go-to when we don’t know where to eat.
