Typically, the food is pretty good. However, today was an awful experience. Rice and shrimp were bland. I got the shrimp teriyaki plate which usually comes with a decent amount of vegetables. Today, 10/27/25 something is very different with the food coming out of the kitchen. My plate only had two pieces of broccoli. The crab wontons were burnt, and tough as leather.

First time here and wow! The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it’s 4 hours from my home. We got the Sumo Roll and we are in love. The shrimp fried rice was really good too, but if you love sushi and seafood, get the Sumo Roll. There is a robot that brings the food to the table too. It was very fun atmosphere. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

While the steak itself was almost unexpectedly good, the rice was just ok. The chicken friend rice was awful. The spring rolls were not very good either. So not really do over place.

This place never ceases to amaze to! Every time we come in they are courteous and accommodating. Cindy the assistant GM is amazing as well as Jacob the manager. They never fail to impress, for example…. We had placed an order for pickup online and my young daughter was upset the robot wasn’t going to bring our food out as we were not dining in, but Jacob the manager had the robot bring our to go order to the table we were waiting at and her smile was worth a million dollars!! The food is no slouch either especially the sushi!! Must visit!!

Vegetable roll FILLED with veggies was delicious. The meat for the steak and chicken plate was cooked just right and the portion we received was huge. If you’re interested in something smaller the small chicken bowl would be a perfect choice which was simply chicken over the rice of your choice. Room for improvement would be the eel sauce they charge extra for.
It’s thinner than usual and seemed watered down. Also, the fried rice wasn’t seasoned or cooked/mixed that well.

Honestly liked the food here but, unfortunately whoever cleaned the pan last night is using an old brissel brush and thier was a piece of metal in my food ….. Cmon Man Do Better for your customers get newer brush’s

I had never been to this spot, but my wife was familiar with it and always said wonderful things about the food. I have tried two dishes now and am impressed by their customer service in the experience as well as the quality of the product they provide. If you are close it is well worth a stop to enjoy. I am gluten free and their menu is fascinatingly accommodating. The workers are pleasant and the experience inside seems well run.

The food at Hibachio is always hot, fresh, fast, and absolutely delicious! Every dish came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Michael really made the experience even better — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and positive the entire time. His attentiveness and great attitude made sure we had the best possible dining experience. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to! ♥️

Love this place! I’ve never had any problems and today we ordered the chicken and steak plate and it was so yummy that we didn’t even notice we didn’t get steak until we were almost done. When we let one of the managers know, he didn’t just replace the meal but provided gift cards. He was truly apologetic and made our experience an even more positive one.
