My daughter got hungry and made a mistake..ordered here again, and she wanted rare steak and got blackened little chunks of overcooked meat (?) Last order for all of us for sure.

Wasn’t sure if it was just me, but I saw other reviews. My last negative review was long ago. My daughter has ordered a few times, and it looked good. Last night, I decided to try again since my daughter wanted to and…fail. The young girl played around with orders for an hour (slightly exaggerated) and then turned around to finally help the 5 customers that crammed in there while her back was turned. I really wanted to ask if she needed help tying up the few orders that sat there.
Steak (?) Was less than 10 tiny pieces and had consistency of a cheaply made steak. My daughter said the steak was bad and not what she usually gets.
9/13 edit. Still one star. Our friend ordered from them with Uber eats last night, and We jokingly told him hopefully he gets since last time we were shorted. He DID NOT GET HIS FOOD!! Maybe the major issue is with Uber eats. They refunded the last meal we were shorted two months ago BUT kept the tip!! IF ORDERING FROM UBER EATS DO NOT TIP UNTIL YOU HAVE THE FOOD DELIVERED!!
Dropping from a 5. Ordered$80 worth of food,4 meals, and sushi and had Uber Eats delivery. Was shorted a meal, so now only 3 get to eat because I was told to talk to the driver whose number you don’t get, and they will not make it right! $15 meal that I guess will not be fulfilled or refunded. Total crap! I have guests over and have to divide up the food. Total embarrassing since was their first, and we raved over the food. Lost my business! Editing: Food that we did get was okay but have had better BUT bone in tuna and was really really fishy Done..
That was a cute attempt at making me look bad. I can tell from the response that this isn’t the owner. I never cussed or raised my voice. I told him to keep the discount because I will never be back. It was amusing to the workers that I had been sitting waiting for food that was already done. He wouldn’t even look at my phone when I showed him that door dash offered my food to me if I was willing to pick it up. My voice went unheard, and apparently still is.
The book you wrote was unnecessary. As I stated on the phone I won’t ever be back. That’s why I told you to keep the credits. If I wanted to be negative I would have spoken on the questionable sanitation of the young man making sushi with no gloves a while taking tickets and answering the phone. See, no one even had to know that. Be blessed.
