Not a good experience. The door wouldn’t open when we got there; it was apparently jammed shut. The one guy working there saw us outside googling the hours of operation and came to open the door.
I ordered the seafood trio (scallops, shrimp, salmon), and the others in my group ordered chicken. The one guy then went to the back of the restaurant to cook the food. While he was back there, a couple came in and waited 15 minutes, then left. Also while he was back there, the phone rang and was not answered.
The salmon and shrimp were both very tasty, and the chicken was reportedly good too. The scallops, however, were tiny. There were tons of them, but didn’t taste fresh at all: very fishy, almost like ammonia, so I didn’t eat them.

The food overall was good, but not what I’d expect from hibachi place. I ordered the chicken and steak entree with fried rice and a side of noodles. The meat and rice was good, a little heavy on seasoning, but not bad. There were very little vegetables. The noodles had so much garlic, they went into the trash, no one in my family liked them. I ordered online with Door Dash, so I can’t comment on customer service, but it arrived quicker than I expected and had everything I ordered with napkins and plastic forks included.

Why such bad reviews? The inside of this place was clean and staff were friendly.
My family ordered from here and the food was awesome! My boyfriend NEVER touches this type of food because of the meat quality- it usually grossed him out. He cleaned his entire plate and went back for more with this place! The steak was Chipotle quality (but better in my opinion) and the chicken was just as good. Moving forward, I would order from here over other places in the area!

Wow, when I went with my wife, the place was neat and clean, the staff was courteous. If you want you can order sauce on the side or lighter quantities of sauce. A lot of people prefer loads of sauce. My wife and I ate inside and there were clean tables and a bar you can sit at. Not sure why all the negative?

So, I was driving by and my son who door dashes said he gets alot of orders from here. We stopped in to try it. Let me say that I was so surprised! I ordered the chicken snack for $7.00. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!! BETTER THAN WASABI BY FAR! The restaurant is not fancy, no frills, and food comes in a to-go container. It really didn’t matter because I couldn’t eat my portion and needed the box anyway. Give them a try. Support local business!!

Have ordered from here 3 times. First time was good, I enjoyed it. 2nd and 3rd time the quality of the food was so poor, it tasted like it was dropped on the ground and picked back up, the texture was gritty like sand, and there were some things in it that were neither chicken nor steak. The vegetables were the only redeeming quality of my meal simply because it’s hard to mess those up. The most disgusting part were the noodles which cost me extra and were terribly overcooked. They also had a very strange, unpleasant flavor. The steak was overcooked, some pieces were burnt, and it tasted like cheap instant gravy. The chicken wasn’t as bad as the steak, it’s texture was ok, but it was disappointingly bland.

Noodles were the worst!! They are either overcooked or heavily overpowered by the sauce or maybe both but now I’m sitting with three dinners no one wants to touch! Spent way too much money on food no one cares for… steak is tough, shrimp have a fishy taste and it’s overall a sad food/dinner experience! I paid $18 for the trio which was to include chicken steak and shrimp but there was only three shrimps and a ton of connected pieces of steak barely cut from the next piece. WORST HIBACHI I’VE EVER HAD!!!!

They honestly do not deserve one star. I’ve order 50$ worth of food. They forgot my second meal… I talk to the manager they can’t find my info so i talk to the boss of the store, he asks for my info and what the order was and never heard anything back. Assuming i wasn’t getting the refund, i call to see if they could just bring me the entree that was missing and if i could drive all the way from louisville to massillon they will make the meal that they were SUPPOSED to bring the first time then she will make it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and will NOT get my business any more!!!!!
