Billy was so accommodating today. I ordered over the phone for pick up. When I arrived they had a sign for bogo for my exact meal and when asked, they prepared and gave me the free entree with no struggle. Great customer service and the food was delicious. Thank you!

I door dashed from here the dasher was great, bag was sealed. I was missing one egg roll and a sauce and called to just ask if I could pick it up or get a credit for a future order. Not sure what that has to do with picking up the egg roll and sauce that they missed, the third party didn’t miss it, It wasn’t in the bag. She told me to contact door dashed I told her they wouldn’t do anything and I just wanted the items that were missed. It’s not like I was asking for a whole meal when I just bought 2 full meals and egg rolls and extra sauce there. She refused to do anything to make it right or even give me what they didn’t put in the bag. Terrible customer service.

I had ordered her earlier this month and received rangoons that had what looked like plastic cooked into them. At first the customer service was great and was told I could come in and get a 2 item entree on the house (I originally ordered a 2 item entree and an order of the rangoons) because of the mess up. When I called to redeem my free entree the guy that answered didn’t believe that I had plastic in my food and refused to honor the coupon I was given. Said he was the owner and nobody should have promised free food. He was very rude. Will not be back.

I placed an order they told me 30 minutes it took me 45 to get there and when I got there, she told me 15 more minutes. I waited an additional 25 minutes and it still was not done. The cook was going in and out of the building and I ended up having to get my money back.

Extremely kind staff. Sharon provided me a free water due to a semi long wait time after they had a big rush. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this business that I hear is recently under new ownership. The art inside is very nice. From what I observed they’re very orderly and clean.
