I won’t be back. Really wanted to like this place since I love hibachi but this place was a swing and a miss. Everything went wrong. Price was super high for what you get. I got the chicken plate. Nowhere did it mention that it came with mushrooms. The small portion of chicken was half mushrooms and half chicken. If I had known, I would have asked for them to take them out. The chicken was cut into tiny, tiny pieces. I had to fish them out. Vegetables were soggy, too. Zucchini was on the mushy side. The rice had a decent taste but they loaded it up with oil. There was a liquid residue left in the dish. I will say the chicken had a good taste to it, and that was the only redeeming quality, but as I said, it was a little portion and small pieces.

Food is great, PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. I would come so much if it didn’t cost as much as a fine dining experience. Portions and quality are not good enough to warrant the prices. I can’t get a side of noodles for less than 8$$$

Idk how this place doesn’t have more reviews! Food was tasty, and I like that they ask you how you like your steak cooked. Fried rice was deliciously buttery and the whole meal quite heavy. I barely made a dent by the time I got full. Well worth the price, and so glad they’re open late

Food was decent 6.5/10 to be honest. Nothin special. Would give maybe 2 stars to be nice but i asked specifically for teriyaki sauce over and over and he said its in the bag as there was no sauce in the bag and garlic butter which i asked and gave me a dirty look. Then he charged me 3$ over and had no explanation? Dont like this kind of business. The guy told me they had teriyaki sauce and the owner is saying they had it crossed out but told me they put the teriyaki sauce in the bag… Food was a normal hibachi spot nothing special. Filet Mignon was okay not very tender for being filet mignon.. Can’t tell me that when they look unhappy giving my food boss.

I was so happy to find this truck in the empty lot next to Tselogs. I love Benihana so when I saw the Hibachi truck with all their offerings I was so happy. My favorite is the filet mignon plate! They ask you how you like the meat cooked. You get mushrooms and vegetables with the plate and delicious ice cooked in the fat and butter of the meat and veggies! So tasty and flavorful! They give you hibachi sauce which is a spicy thousand islands, not my favorite wish they had the sauce of Benihana. They also give a buttery sauce, maybe they should add garlic and herbs to the butter to make it tastier since it tastes like plain butter to me. Also got the filet mignon and scallop plate, the scallops cooked a little too much so left it dry. Hopefully they have better dipping sauces but for about $35 it’s a very hearty and filling meal. You get good quality ingredients! Will continue supporting them!

Hibachi fried rice is pretty simple to cook and should not require pre-cooking and reheating.especially since they have one grill dedicated to proteins ,one grill dedicated to rice,and two people.hibachi restaurants only have one grill and one chef per table.having said that,the shrimp was fresh and as as a whole it was a nice take on hibachi.

Very friendly staff & super fast service. I stopped by on a lark & was happily surprised. There are no tables, but a comfortable bench is next to the truck. The food I had was great!
