My visit on 08/24/2016 was a major disappointment. After dining here for many years, my guest and I were completely taken aback on the level of service that we received.
Food on the hot bar was not only “room temperature”, but the chicken had a bitter/sour taste. Much of the other food items clearly say out way past their time. When I brought this up with management, my guest and I were told that some of the food items were kept at lower temperature to avoid them drying out. Because we were only seated for less than (5) minutes with both plates of food and soft drinks untouched, we let management know that we did not feel comfortable eating there because of the poor food quality. Management became quite hostile, and at first were told that our meal would be discounted by 50%. After going back and forth for (5-7) minutes, management said that we had to pay for our soft drinks. As previously mentioned, both soft drinks and plates of food were untouched.
When we relented paying for the untouched soft drinks, the local police were called. Upon arrival, the police spoke with us outside and said that while they are compelled to side with us because they would not pay for food that was “bad”, their hands were tied.
In return for being extorted out of $3.07 for (2) untouched soft drinks (pay for the soft drinks or be charged with theft for leaving without paying), Hibachi Sushi and Supreme Buffet forever lost (2) regular customers.
Establishments such as this that focus more on profit rather than providing a quality product (food) are undeserving of my patronage and money.

Quite familiar with this location. This visit would prove to be my last. I first noticed that the chef who was making the sushi also handled both the raw beef and chicken on the grill using the same gloves.
The raw chicken on the grill was discolored (brown) with the raw juices a darker brown (oxidized). The zucchini in the veggie side of the bar was very mushy. There were a good number of flies and gnats hovering in and around the raw/uncooked meats and vegetables.
The temperature of the prepared food on the buffet bar was room temperature (at best) and most were dry and hard – quite possible the lowest food quality that one could get.
My visit to the restroom was just as enlightening. No hot water (warm at best) with no soap for hand washing and no paper towel for hand drying. On my way out, I saw (4) large roaches (possibly German Cockroaches) running from the back kitchen area to the soft drink prep area.
I strongly suggest steering clear of this place.

The service was ok but the food was unbeatable. The chicken was hard and room temperature. The rice noodles tasted sour and cold. And even the sweet tea tasted weird. I tried trough a variety of food but mostly left it on the plate because nothing really tasted good. I’m glad I did not try the sushi or the seafood that is offered on the buffet table. My stomach has been hurting since we left the restaurant over 24 hours ago. I will never dine there again!

Really good Hibachi (come early for freshest ingredients). Sushi is above-average (for a buffet), again, as long as you don’t come towards the end of the day. Chinese food is also slightly above average for a buffet. Good ice cream station with about 8 flavors. Reasonably priced.
Will meet or exceed your expectations if those expectations are reasonable.

The food is bland, old, and dried out, clearly the lowest quality products are used. even when fresh food is brought out there is not much of an improvement in quality or flavor. the sushi is nothing more than a rice ball with the worlds thinnest piece of meat on it and the vast majority are rolls with fake crab. overall, very poor quality food and obvious the resteraunt is trying to make the biggest buck possible at the expense of the customer. the place is dirty and run down looking, dont get me started about the bathrooms. it was some of the worst chinese food i have had in a long time. a plus side, the wait staff was very nice and helpful

The place is in walking distance to the mall and is pretty good if you go to the grill. Everything else is about what you’d expect from a buffet. The staff are friendly, clean, and use the manners of a 6 year old but they’re still quick with the drinks.
PS. list your hours please.

Come hungry to this all you can eat buffet. You’ll find all kinds of Chinese food plus some American fare. I love the stir fry grill and the super fresh and yummy sushi. If you go on a weekday the prices are lower. Great selection and yummy food. A really wide selection of options no one will be disappointed.

When I first walked in I was impressed at how large the buffet layout was. I tried a little bit of everything I thought I might like and was a little underwhelmed by the quality of some of my usual favorites. Over all not a bad place, but I won’t be going out of my way to eat there.

The best food I have tasted in years. I am welcomed with open arms. The buffet food is hot and tasty. The variety of food offers a new dining experience everytime I go. The seafood dinner price can not be beat. All you can eat seafood for under $16.00 a person. Please no brainer

Recently, my family and I visit hibachi sushi supreme buffet. For the first time and this will be our last time. No stars , while heading to get a plate of food ROACHES start running from underneath the buffet table. I was so shocked and disgusted, the hostess seen the ROACHES in start stomping on them. And swipe them up with a broom then put a caution sign as a reminder. I told my family let’s get hell out of here.
