Absolutely great food fast service the prices reflect the quality it might be a little shelled shocked but the quality is just as good as Tokyo harbor or and other places like it the rice was exceptional. The only thing I wish is if they could cook the rice in the spicy sauce instead of just a side order but overall 9/10. Won’t be disappointed!!!!

I was craving that one expensive hibachi that starts with a B and ends with a hana. And I didn’t want to fight traffic to get there so we decided to try this food truck. I’m very glad we did! It’s very tasty and fresh. The veggies were crunchy just like I like them, not mushy. The chicken was tender and everything was perfectly seasoned. Kudos to this vendor, the food was delicious! I also got strawberry and mango mochi for dessert and it was so so good.

Went twice before writing this review because I don’t write bad reviews just to write them. The first time, I was ignored at the food truck. They looked at me but didn’t open the window, even though they were clearly open. That should’ve been my sign, but a friend wanted to try it a few days ago. She wasn’t ignored and ordered two plates. We both hated it. The chicken was flavorless and disgusting, and customer service was rude both times. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We have a number of friends who are hibachi chefs. We found this cool little food truck park in Forney with a hibachi truck, so we had to stop and try it. We really enjoyed the food. We had chicken and steak. Very friendly service. I’m glad we stopped.

Was excited to try this place but ended up very disappointing. Rice had no taste steak had no taste and chicken had a hair on it, my wife ended up throwing it in the trash. I’ll take the lost on this one but I won’t be back

When you need some good hibachi without the show this is it!! Food is delicious, pricing is good and service is always great!! Can take it to go or even sit around the cute area where all the trucks are! 10/10

I’ve given this food truck three chances, but the quality hasn’t improved. The rice lacks seasoning, the steak is dry and tasteless, and the chicken is also dry. The upgrade policy is confusing and feels unfair: asking to switch to chicken fried rice results in being served the regular fried rice plus a full extra charge for chicken fried rice. The rice appears to have no type of sauce or seasoning at all. As Forney expands and more options arrive, they’ll need to improve both flavor and policies to stay competitive.

The restaurant followed my directions for the fried rice. The shrimp in the Shrimp fried rice was aver and nothing great! The shrimp in sauce didn’t taste bad but there wasn’t enough shrimp for the price. I ordered off of DoorDash!

We got the combo lo mein and I seldom hear my husband compliment the noodles. It’s one of his favorite dishes but the noodles are always over cooked. But that was not the case today. Noodles were firm, tasty and the veggies and chicken were cooked well. I think it’s safe to say he’s found his new place!
