Solid bowls. The sashimi is not great, and they give out small portions of protein and huge portions of rice. They don’t always have the hot proteins ready. The price is justifiable, but it would have been nice if they were a bit more generous. I usually get tuna. I can hands down say fresh tuna from Costco is way better.

During checkout the staff member was trying to determine what I ordered. I told her multiple times and she not once, not twice but three times shuffled my food around in the bowl trying to see what was on the bottom. She could have asked me, which I told her. She could have asked her co-worker standing next to her but instead she used a pair of tongs that were sitting near the toppings to rummage through my dish before handing it to me. This is totally uncalled for. In addition, I was charged additional costs for ordering Shrimp which was not posted anywhere on their signage. You have lost a customer with this disgusting behavior.

Extremely rude lady, as if I am not paying money to get her food. When they didn’t have a sauce they always have, and I asked if she will have it later, she said “maybe” in a snarky tone and walked away. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back. Customers are not respected.

This doesn’t seem like a public business. There is no sign, no parking, and after driving there 20 minutes and circling 3 times it’s clear that this is only for students and not the public. If it is, they really need better signs or directions.

Pretty good poke bowls. I usually go for the tempura shrimp, spicy yuzu salmon, and the sriracha tuna. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but definitely worth a try. They run out of the tempura shrimp pretty quick from my experience.
