This place has the best hibachi for the best price anywhere. The food is always delicious and always fresh. I used to come here for lunch a couple times a month, then I got a new job so I didnt come for about 3 years. When I came back the lady remembered my order. I don’t get to come here often but when I do she always remembers, drink, food and what kind of sauce I want. Everyone is always very friendly. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Hibachi of Japan has the best hibachi in K-vegas hands down! The ingredients are all premium and fresh! You won’t believe how their filet mignon literally melts in your mouth! Get their hibachi filet mignon cooked medium. If you want some of the best tasting teriyaki chicken, get their teriyaki chicken. If you want a great hibachi steak, get their hibachi steak cooked medium. On the outside, it just looks like a ordinary Japanese restaurant next to a gas station, but don’t let this fool you! The food will have you coming back for more!

I almost feel gaslit by the other reviews. It wasn’t very good. Average at best. Our chicken was dry. Wasn’t much flavor in anything. The soup was nice though.

My first time eating here! The food was phenomenal! Tasted great! Steak so tender you could cut it with the spoon! Shrimp cooked just right. Sauces were the best. Very nice people. I will be a regular! Space was very clean .

Nice little place next to the gas station. Fresh vegetables, not overcooked. Steak was tender, even as “medium well”. Take out or eat in, we found a favorite!

Had to give mediocre stars for this review because for the second time, my husband and I check online and it is stated the restaurant is open however when we drive over there it’s closed.

Outstanding place. Been going regularly since about 2018 or so. Red snapper and steak hits every time. Great portions and flavor. Wish I was closer to eat more often.
