This place is a gem. Food is made to order and comes out HOT! The staff is extremely friendly! We waited a little bit for two entrees and they gave us a complimentary appetizer for our wait, which was generous! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Saw the place by accident, and decided to go there for lunch today. It’s a nice , small place with a few tables inside and a couple of tables outside. It’s nearby the Gallatin Walmart.
The food was quite good and plenty for the price. I had the Wednesday special of Chicken with shrimp, miso soup, and a side order of beef dumplings.
The woman who took our order was very friendly and even spent a little time answering some questions I had.
I would definitely go there again and recommend highly that you try it out.

If you’re Military, and served in Gaum, Vietnam or any of the PAC-Rim countries . . . you’ll love it!
Owners, Amy & Elvis Patrick are from a small island , one of the 600+ islands that make up the U.S. Territories & Independent Island Nations in the Micronesia Region of Oceania in the Pacific Ocean.
The islands are 96.3 Christian.
Amy & Elvis started the business with one food truck, built that into and three restaurants: Gallatin, Hendersonville & Mt. Juliet. They still have their food truck!
– Catering: Spring 2026 they will be offering the Hibachi experience in homes: outdoors (or indoors) with good friends, drinks and food by the pool, lake, backyard!
Thinking Fairvue Plantation HOA needs to schedule them for one of our Tuesday evening food truck events!
Patrick’s are examples of the achieving the American Dream . . . hard work, long hours, sacrifice . . . and eventually owning your own business! I love entrepreneurs, but especially love folks who came from countries where there’s oppression. . . that see America as the land of opportunity. . . and make good on it’s promise of a bright future.

I had some very nice chicken teriyaki. It came with some assorted veggies and rice. They offered us some House soup to try. It had an amazing flavor. It was delicious. I would buy it next time I go. They have a list of sushi rolls as well that i want to try.

Just ate here and it was absolutely fantastic fast casual. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. I had the crab rangoons as well as the hibachi steak and wow! Both were hot, fresh, fast, and delicious. Portion sizes were good as well. I should have taken a picture, but I gobbled it all up. Very friendly staff and extremely clean too. I will definitely be back!

Amazing food everything tastes insanely fresh. I had the Chicken Teriyaki Hibachi and Crunchy Shrimp Roll. The food came out very quickly. They are one of the very few places I’ve ever seen with a 100 health inspection score. The food was too good to get a Pic before I ate. 10/10 food 10/10 service 6/10 atmosphere. They have outdoor seating. The inside is pretty plain but they seem more focused on quality and cleanliness than looking interesting, something a lot of modern places could learn from for sure. Meals range from 13ish ++ 100% worth every penny.

My wife and I came for lunch today. I enjoyed my visit. We got the 28 dollar special. 2 entrees, 1 salad, 1 appetizer, 1 soup. It was tasty and we could have shared the entree. Tender and flavorful. I’ll come back and try the shrimp.

My wife was unable to go out for our anniversary, so we decided to get take-out. Hibachi Jr. is new to us and the menu looked good.
The order was ready quickly and service was great.
The portions were not adequate for what you pay. For instance, one of the things ordered was Chicken Teriyaki Noodles. There was a portion that was less than the size of a standard raman packet.
Most of the food we had was mediocre at best. The 2 sushi rolls we ordered were not good and the noodles mentioned above were bad. Everything else was just ho-hum.
We really wanted to enjoy the food from this place, but it cost more than the other Asian options in the area, the portions were smaller, and the food was just not good. Needless to say it was not the best way to celebrate our anniversary.
