We’re from out of town. Wifey looked up buffets around the area we’re staying in and found this – well she saw photos of crab legs. The Chinese buffet from our location stopped second crab legs, so since we’re closer to the coast – should have them. Nope! Been deceived! Buahahaha!

On to service – I tell my kids that the first impressions makes it or breaks it. It broke it the moment we stepped in the front doors. Greeted by a young lady with no desire to be welcoming at all. Took the ages of my boys, and our drinks. Well, more like the wife and kids, but ignores and walks away the moment I give my choice of beverage. Gave my drink request to the actual server in the section we sat at.

We all went to go grab our plates, and filled them up. Food looked promising, but very deceiving. My boys said it wasn’t good at all. I finally got into my plate of food, and had the same thoughts. Didn’t waste food just cause it wasn’t good cause we all know some kid overseas by the name of starvin’ Marvin could use our wasteful American food.

The buttered shrimp was bitter for some reason, overcooked – making it chewy. The fried shrimp felt old biting down on it. (Yes, I eat errrthang from the cooked shrimp – no peeling. No flavor). The fried rice – my kids can make it taste so much better without adding soy sauce to it. Buahahaha!

Honey chicken was dry. Sugar donut thing was stale, breaded shrimp was not cooked thoroughly, sushi was not fresh (we got in around 4pm for an early dinner). The blue crab wasn’t seasoned at all.

Two guys that sat next to us ate the chicken (we didn’t dish any up for ourselves) made it look so good though.

Wifey got the noodles and said there was no flavor. (Told her later that she should’ve read through all the reviews on here – I should’ve read them before we came cause I would’ve said,”Nah.”

The drinks – Pepsi was watered down. My son picked up his straw with Pepsi in it and asked why it was so light in color? I told him there’s no Pepsi in there, but mostly water some Pepsi for slight flavoring. Lemonade and Sprite was good though. Tea is just tea, can’t really mess that one up.

Actual service – I always say this about Asian joints (I can make these claims cause I’m Asian myself and majority of Asian restaurants suck at customer service) – I had to wave down our server for refills. My son received a dirty fork when we first sat down and requested for a new one. Server said to use it (she didn’t understand our request and pointing out that the one he was given was dirty). She kept insisting for him to use it twice and I had to repeat myself twice on top of my son’s initial request.

I usually don’t tip cause of bad service, but wifey kept insisting so I still left the server a good tip.

Will we come back to this restaurant? No cause it’ll be a long 17hr drive for food. Do we recommend it as a family to others? For us, we rate our restaurants and this is one of the bottom bottoms of the bottomest of our list. Hahaha, right below Waffle House. Other places would ask you to come again as you leave, but not the young gal they had up front earlier. The face of the company – first to greet and give off a good impression. Hehehe, not so great. Kids these days….

But… The ice cream was good, but my blue raspberry Popsicle tasted watered down…. disappointed, but least I got something cold for this warm weather we’ve been blessed with coming down to GA. Rainy, but warmer than the MN cold.

Atmosphere -be tables were clean, the food was arranged nicely. Everything was easily accessible. Restrooms were clean.

Again, I would suggest reading through reviews and making your own judgement. Everyone has different taste buds, so it may differ.

Maybe the chef just wasn’t in a loving mood cause they say “your attitude significantly influences how food tastes.”

Next time my wife searches for restaurants – Imma help her read through the reviews cause most of the time the reviews are legit, and some are just paid by the business. I will still go give them a shot, maybe. Hahaha

Found mold on the bottom of my dessert. Brought it to the staff’s attention, and they all immediately insisted it was not their fault and the dessert is supplied by an outside company. One employee then brought over the whole tray, I guess to prove there was nothing wrong with the food, only to flip over more desserts and find more mold. Then I was given $5 as a “refund” and told “ I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m just a waiter”. After insisting that was ridiculous, I was refunded the full amount I paid for myself, but not my son. Also heard the waiter very rudely demanding the table behind me “hurry up and pay”, as they were about 30 minutes from closing. Obviously will not be returning.

PRETTY GOOD RESTAURANT

Food: Food over there was nice and I appreciate it. However the only reason it got 4 stars was because usually you can tell the difference between processed and fresh food and I noticed that some of the food there was processed but I’m not judging. (Well technically I am…sorry )And now comes desert the have a great variety of food to choose from and I will be honest it was good. Overall the food was good and I enjoyed it. (Bonus: you can choose to get your own food and if you want something cooked you drop it off at a table and they cook it.)

Service: Service was also good. The staff was friendly, they keep a constant time restocking the food and make sure your experience is enjoyable. Overall service was good.

Atmosphere: Atmosphere was decent but a quieter environment would be nice along with a better version of the floor in case of stains but overall great it was good when I went there the only thing is that it is loud and I saw stains.

Quality: overall quality was nice the food was great and I liked it I mean it could use some tweaks all in all but it was good.

I visited for lunch, and I found the food to be quite good and fresh. Both the hibachi and the pho were delicious. However, the service was not as good; many of the staff appeared to be quite annoyed and irritated. The restroom were rather unclean, with some rust visible, and the areas around the sinks were wet. Additionally, the environment was uncomfortably warm. In conclusion, it is an acceptable establishment for dining, but I would not personally recommend it. The pricing was quite fair.

Unless you’re eating there so they can make a bigger profit your purchase means nothing to them. They don’t care to give proper customer service when you’re there to takeout. Whenever they’re out of something they are reluctant to help in getting it replenished. Take your business the golden apple in Snellville they are amazing and their dishes are always replenished!!

The food was ok, although the lomein literally smelled and tasted like BURNT FOOD. The starring by the waitresses are not ok. They make you feel so uncomfortable especially after they drop off the receipt without asking for it. They wait beside or behind you for you to pay and then after you’ve paid they stay until you get up, they don’t even wait till you walk away to grab the receipt and check for tip. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional on the waitresses part. and not to mention, $20!!!! for the drink to not be included and the ICECREAM to not be included either is ridiculous. I like to feel comfortable and not harassed if i’m paying that much for food.

(A ROACH RAN ON THE TABLE ) I know this review is very lengthy, but please do not pass what we have to say. You will not regret it first of all me and my family used to come here often. We never have complaints about the food. However, today was our last day coming to this establishment for various reasons number one when you see these reviews, saying that the waiters and waitresses are rude that is not somebody being dramatic. The ladies do not speak to you. They do not acknowledge you second and worst of all while me and my sister were sitting down eating lunch. A roach literally ran across our table. I am currently four months pregnant, and my sister has an extreme phobia of insects. Both of us almost threw up on the spot. I genuinely wish I was making this up simply because we live very close to this buffet, and it is genuinely one of our favorite places to eat on a budget. and lastly, when we tried to bring the attention of the roach to our waitress, she ignored, not just me, but also my sister, seemingly when you first walk in everybody speaks English, but the second we tried to complain about a roach nobody cared to speak to us, which we could understand initially we could tell that they thought that we were lying and just trying to get out of paying a bill, it took over 10 minutes for the manager to assess the situation into allow us to leave without having to pay mind you me, and my sister barely touched our food. The main reason why I believe they let us leave without having to pay is because the waitress saw our demeanor change almost immediately. In addition to this the people around us, could hear the conversation that me and my sister were having and started to have concerns of their own. We got no apology and was shoed out the door. once again A ROACH RAN ON THE TABLE

I saw this place on another reviewer’s page and had to try it. I wasn’t impressed. About 90% of the food is greasy or fried. Taste was fine but not for me. Need healthier options.

Came here for a lunch to-go by the pound. I only got hibachi beef, shrimp, and some veggies, which according to their menu should be $7.99/lb. However, they charged me $8.99/lb instead and justified it by saying, “You didn’t get rice or noodles.” That kind of discretionary pricing doesn’t feel fair or transparent.
