Good atmosphere, liked the layout and setup of the place, nice music, good variety of meals and drinks and really good service. They were very quick, we ordered four meals and it was still a considerably short wait time. The lady at the register was patient and kind. Then the food all tasted pretty good, my mom got the sushi rolls she said they had okay portions and tasted good. My brother loved the yakisoba he ordered and I enjoyed the shrimp and rice hibachi meal I had. I liked the place, it was very chill and had decent meals. We also tried the canned boba tea they had, which was better than I thought it’d be and I, personally, found to be an unexpected drink option.

Best shrimp fried rice I’ve had in a long time. Not no cookie cutter yellewed rice, with random mixed frozen veggies in it. Theirs is legit. Eggs carrots onions rice lightly sauced and fried. Shrimp were crispy and seasoned not just plain old shrimp. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Great spot! Everything was great except the spring rolls were a bit too mushy inside for my liking. Otherwise all the food was great. We’ll definitely be back!!

Holy shoot. Their hibachi lunch special with the shrimp is hands down, the best I’ve had in all Florida State. Unsung gem, defintively worth the visit. Also it’s missing a shrimp in the picture, so this should tell you their portions are generous! ❤️

Ran across this spot while on a trip to pick up things from Walmart and boy am I happy I did! Hibachi dinner for the price is insane and SO GOOD! I’ve gone twice so far during my stay here in Tarpon Springs.

Ordered from here via Doordash. THIS WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!! The portions were very generous – one order is wnough for two meals! The chicken was cooked perfectly! The teriyaki sauce is the perfect flavor, not overpowering not too sweet. The rice was not dry or clumpy or greasy. I ordered yum yum sauce but I didn’t even need it because the flavor of the meal was so good I didn’t want to drown it with yum yum sauce. The vegetables were cooked just right with a little crisp and again generous portion of vegetables. On top of all that, it was very reasonably priced! Great value for the money! I highly recommend this place!

Came here to have something to eat, ordered the shrimp fried rice and udon shrimp and beef hibachi. The fried rice could use a little vegetable colors in it, because it only had eggs and shrimp, nice flavors though. The sauce on the udon was tasty and delicious. When we were there, they were super busy with pick up orders, a lot of Uber eats driver waiting to pick up the orders.
Very nice and clean restaurant and bathroom, it doesn’t have the cooking / wok smell in a typical chinese restaurant or take out places, must have great exhaustion systems in the kitchen.

We just stopped in here for the first time and had their $8.50 hibachi lunch special.
Wow! Incredible size portion for being a lunch special and it was absolutely delicious. I also had a salmon skin roll (they’re my favorite) and I was extremely pleased with it.
I highly recommend coming to Hibachi Express, we will definitely be back over and over again.
